I've heard he has some finishing problems and tends to get soft at inopportune times, but at other points gets his shot off way too soon.

I was watching NBA Today with Malika Andrews, Richard Jefferson, Zach Lowe and Kendrick Perkins talking about draft night fashion and they spent a lot of time on Dick's suit, with Zach Lowe wearing a red sequined jacket.

But you could tell they were being super careful about how they used his last name to avoid unintentional double entendres. I have a feeling commentators are going to be calling him "Gradey" an awful lot.
