If you're talking about Thanasis...

a) He's quite handsome

b) It's been said a million times: it's the last spot on the bench. It doesn't matter. You're not going to replace him with someone who is going to contribute. In the meantime, he's Giannis' brother and everybody loves him. He's the heart of the team. That's worth something.

I agree he’s handsome. But he’s the the last spot on the 14 player bench, not 15.

Wasnt this board hoping for 30 well its only 4 million more a year how badly can that hurt

3rd best outcome we could have hoped for imo....
1. Sign and trade
2. 2 year deal
3. 3 year deal
4. Walk alway nothing
5. Any deal longer than 3 years

All depends on what the Brook deal looks like

If Brook walks, we can use the full MLE.

this is how you retain a superstar... personally i would be butt hurt all season watching giannis if i knew he wanted thansis back... and thansis wanted to come back.... and we gave that spot to some other random dude. like literally id be furious

The pro cheerleader posts are always baloney. Giannis’ brother can do literally everything he currently does as an assistant or team consultant. Time to move on.

Opposite direction... sign all 3 of his brothers to 8 year deals with team options to switch them to bench coach or waterboy roles ... keep Giannis here as long as possible lol

I dont get the whining of the 14th spot on a roster and no wanting thansis there. Those people are the same ones that would blame horst if giannis walked because of his brother not being there

Giannis barely talks to anyone else during the games. Not having Thanasis would be moronic on every level.

Khris will make just $12 million more than Bruce Brown this year. Advantage, Bucks.

In the meantime, the Bucks won the championship with Thanasis on the team and Miami has made the finals two out of the last four years with Udonis Haslem.

If brook walks and takes a fat payday that the bucks don't want to pay, do the bucks try to get under the tax for one year? will that get them out of the repeater?

That PO may have been the difference between him staying or leaving.

What bull ****. Giannis has been a Buck for a decade now. Gotta stop living in fear of him eventually leaving.

For sure risk pissing off the MVP over the 15th man. Smart battle to have.
