if DDV isn't interested and Other Brown out of the price-range though, I'm not opposed to taking a shotgun approach with young players that presumably have untapped potential. Right now, the first 7 man rotation is set: Conley/Ant/Jaden/Kat/Gobert/Naz/SloMo, and I think everybody is also ready to give Minott a little taste to see what he can do, and we still got Miller looming in the distance. That's pretty much all the 3/4/5 minutes. We're left with a handful of backup guard minutes. Throw Moore, Brown, NAW, and eventually Clark, into a competition and let the best man win. I'm reasonably confident in finding quality minutes in that group of players. If nothing else, I think they've got the pieces in place to create a dominant defense.

And that doesn't even take into account the team potentially playing SloMo at PG to help get him his minutes. We have a lot of bigger defenders that can defend opposing PGs no problem, so it opens up the possibility to play really big lineups.

Ok, definitely like the Milton deal. I'm sure this is the last deal.

2 year deals on everyone with team options is interesting as well.

Conley - Milton - Jmac
Edwards - Naw - Moore
McDaniels - Brown - Minott
Kat - Slomo
Gobert - Naz

Then Miller, Clarke, Garza, Ryan to round out the roster? Assuming Miller gets a full roster spot and the others on 2 ways with a spot open?

Getting the 3 signings done without disturbing the Luxury tax is a good job by TC.

Wolves bet on two guys that will be two years removed from major injuries

better than i was expecting

Wolves guards and wings are still pretty weak compared to other west teams
really comes down to Jaden making a leap offensively, but that was going to be the case no matter what happened in the draft or FA

Are we talking about LAL who traded KCP, Kuzma, FRP for Westbrook?

Outside of Reid, who scores on the 2nd unit? Also, this tells me the Wolves aren't real pleased with WMJ's progress and don't see much help from him this year.

Over five years ago. I really like his skill set, he slots in as an ideal Jaylen Nowell replacement.

damn, great call!

i know some people are going to feel let down a bit with the level of these signings, but at least it's logical. He couldn't get the real Bruce Brown or DDV, so get as many wish.com replicas as possible, and hopefully they can pull it off collectively. Maybe get lucky and somebody really pops.

Feels like we upgraded the roster around the margins today overall. Shake and Brown > Nowell and Prince. NAW and Jmac = Naw and Jmac. No Knight > Knight.
