I saw Jake Fischer today said 2 years 40 million. With a team option on the second year. That’s a great contract that is very tradeable. An instant asset created that can really facilitate other deals.

Yikes rumor is mle will be used on Eric Gordon. Get the pitchforks out
Warspite:

Prince + filler for Kobe Bryant
To be honest the way Prince has played and with Kobes injury/age/mileage Im not sure I would do that deal either. Still Prince is more important and he wins the head to head battles with Kobe.

Only other rumor has been Lakers interested in signing Eric Gordon using MLE

Wouldn't mind it if we could split it with someone decent
Can use it to re-sign Bamba since we dont own his rights anymore

And as i was typing this i went to check twitter for any updates

Holy sht let’s go fam.

Someone who knows the cba know if this means that if we let dlo walk we can sign brolo to like 20/yr? Because if we turn dlo into Vincent and brolo that’s a win

:dontknow::

Edit:

Per Woj;

The $4.5 million figure represents the bi-annual exception for the Lakers, keeping the full mid-level exception open for them to still use.

No BroLo or cap room for any outside FAs besides vet mins

We can only re-sign our players now

Rumors from LA reporters are that we are likely letting Schroder walk, but trying to re-sign D Lo

Could we still sign Bamba on a deal bigger than the vet min?

Nope

Maybe we could trade Hood-Schifino for a Center?

Lakers can still sign Russell, Reaves and Rui and stay under the tax.

Add a lot of toughness in Vincent and Prince.

Rob did a great job today,

Fino should be a solid rotation guard sooner than later? We still need to prepare for trade of Dlo in the mid season.

Sign and trade of Dlo for Brolo?

Or go grab TT and Mcgee?

There are going to be decent centers available at the vet minimum. It’s not a big deal.

Lakers added much needed toughness today. That is what we were missing against Denver and we took care of that today.

Are the rockets going to offer a stupid amount for Reaves, or will we get lucky…

BroLo, please. Plumlee, Zeller, Biyombo, Thompson would work, too.

No need for D Lo, Schroeder. S&T for a big!

This new CBA is total draconian ass.

The Heat are exactly $3.7 mil from the SECOND apron. We (the HEAT) cannot even sign minimum guys to fill out 15 man roster without going over 2nd apron.

We were given 2 months of notice when they finalized new CBA.

Now ya'll took our starting PG cause of this!!
