I don’t view players as currency. The NBA set that perception that a player has to have a certain market value as an asset. Without the ability to gauge a market value. You could simply make a non discriminatory trade. Trade Stephen curry for Cody Zeller, for example. Trade LeBron James for Omer Yurtseven, for example.
