Kevin O'Connor is upset

If this was one of the media’s golden child teams like Lakers, Golden State, etc. they would certainly be singing a different tune

If it were the Celtics, Kevin O’Connor would be on his knees in my office.

If Dame comes here, are we really a "superteam?"

That's what I pointed out too. It's crazy, some of those idiots think the heat are only offering our table scraps for Dame, like no **** there's gonna be other teams in play to facilitate the trade. At the same time, they think these other teams are going to give up a warchest for a THIRTY-THREE YEAR OLD DAMIAN LILLARD on a supermax for 3/4 more years. Like, fam; it is not 2015.

If they don't trade him where he wants to go; Miami or other suitors, it will have a bad ripple effect on this gen of players; ask Boston why some players turn them down after what they did to IT.

Because of racism.

True, but it's not just that.

Then again, any time I hear "they're trying to find the next great white hope" I'm black and it makes me cringe so badly. It's ALWAYS associated with two teams; Boston & Utah.

No, because the big 3 had 2.5 dame Lillards + excellent role players

Like I said, at least once a day. Rapaz is hilarious. I need to see him and another long time poster, I think her name is Sophia or something. Next time I see her, I'm tagging Rapaz.

What do you guys think, could we have gotten this man below for far less than what Lillard will cost??? Look at him dominate in practice, while being younger and capable of giving you more prime years.

Now if our offer is trash and any team can beat it without much effort, well then the problem becomes crystal clear. We cant have it both ways.

Don’t worry, nobody would confuse us for having the best offer. We most certainly won’t have it both ways.

I get it, at the same time we were winning chips and making Finals. Not missing the playoffs.

That’s who I wanted. After Curry, he’s my second fav player to watch. Don’t care for him as a person, I never do. But on the court his game is satisfying to watch. Younger, cheaper, and flat out I think he’s a better player. Dame is only a better 3 ball shooter, that’s it. I saw Kyrie go head to head with Curry in 2016, was spectacular to watch and was like the highest level of basketball there is to see

We have a bunch of undrafted guys who people didn't know about and Jimmy and Bam who are great, but not elite. They were the 8th seed last year. 33 year old Dame makes them a superteam? That doesn't seem right. We're not getting Bosh and LeBron in their primes teaming up with Wade.

How's that gonna work with Arison? Jewish population down here may not be happy about us signing him. That is a strongly supportive community who truly look out for each other's best interest. Don't think Arison rocks that boat.

Would be akin to the Dolphins signing Colin Kaepernick, the scorned ex-NFL QB turned activist that made some supportive statements about Fidel Castro. Look at how the Marlins have practically been boycotted for YEARS. Can't risk it for Kyrie I think.
