1/4 of the way through this thread and 3ammy hasn't delivered.

The conclusion of this whole fiasco should fall on my shoulders one way or another. No new thread unless mods want to test the gods that be whk have not rewarded us in 4 years with a star regardless of all the rumors and 1000s of pages we’ve posted.

I’m the one who’s pushed the Dame to Miami narrative to Miami the last 2 years while being stoned by the masses for speaking my mind on it and I’ve held true through thick and thin. Whether it’s Dame coming here or arguably Pat Riley’s biggest blunder of his career, it should fall on my wide strong shoulders.

I'm not sure it's a mod thing. I think there may be a software reason for threads being locked up at ~ 100 pages. I could be wrong, but I think I remember something about that.

Yes, we've messed up so bad! Most playoff wins over the past four years....the horror! Cry me a river because fluke playoff injuries plus the Bosh fiasco have prolly cost us a championship.

Yes it matters. Dame cares about his image and PR. Put enough pressure on him, and he might just make a list of teams so as not to be hated, and that's it.

The mental gymnastics some of these pundits and some fans go through to say on one hand how we won't matter much and Boston and Milwaukee are still the top contenders, and then turn around and argue how this is a death knell for competition in our league, and how another lockout might be needed to stop movements like this is truly astounding!

If this was any other franchise especially in the northeast, ESPN would simply hold them up as the team the eastern conference runs through & nothing else. It's MIA though, so they're either lucky or have an unfair roster. Their tears are delish.....

star contender. He’s done everything the Org has asked him to to improve his game thus far, and I think he would have just continued under proper tutelage.

But ultimately that was on Wade, because he wanted money he wasn't worth anymore, and he was telling lies, that he still tells today (on Club Shay recently) about taking many paycuts when really it was only the one time in 2010.

Honestly, pat knows he should have just given Wade a kobe contract to end his career. But we didn't do Wade "dirty" ... Wade was quite immature on his way out, claiming stuff about Pat and demanding money and **** when his knees were shot
