Actually... a lot has compared Miller to Jabari even before the draft....

Jabari started looking way better during the end. Doesn't help he has a bunch of knuckleheads as guards. FVV isn't amazing but he has some semblance of solid guard play

i agree but man with miller i wanted to see levels since everyone was telling me he's sooo skilled....i mean these guys are g-leaguers...i wanted to see something similar to when paolo played in summer league, that he didn't belong there....in the good way....but like i said, it's just 1 game initial impressions

If we don't sign Sotto to a two-way we'll have the wrath of both Italians and Filipinos this season

Its ok. Just do social media detox haha

Dude I'm already there, a post of Black and Howard signing their contract got 500 reacts or something (standard for Magic on FB), a photo of Kai got 15k, every summer league post is flooded with Kai support, its wild!

Mosley's body language in camp is pure joy. He's happiness level is off the charts.

Well, that’s just the tip of the iceberg.

Covering kai sotto’s every move has become a livelihood for some. The expectations are really high for him, sometimes I already feel bad for the kid.

Nothing really impressive in that clip beside one pass. Didnt show any real ability to create separation.

Oh he did create separation... problem is he kept meeting that great wall of okc that can challenege Wemby for ROY. Also he showed that he can shoot the 3 even when there is a man and hand in his face. Granted the ones defending are scrubs compared to the regular nba... but still....

Hopefully, Jett looks good because everyone in the world had Keyonte over Jett in mocks. They also had Cam, Lively, Bufkin, Dick, and Hawkins over him.

Although we all learned our lesson in what happened with Franz, ot still would be fun to panac and overreact in SL. Imagine if Dick has 8 3pt shots in his debut game and Jett goes 2-12 lol.

Jett lighting it up would be great but, for me, I’d love nothing more than Anthony Black just destroying summer league…I really hope he has that “I’m the best guy on the floor, GTF out of my way” Alpha mentality. His skillset and demeanor are so “abstract” (I’m sure there’s a better word)…guys that can do everything are often a risk to dominate nothing. Like, will he come in with 12 steals & 12 assists or score 25? Hard to predict…I just hope he shows a “Born Ready” ROY vibe, more than a (completely understandable) “I see signs but it’s going to be a while”.

Anthony Black will get Kai Sotto the two-way contract that Kai Sotto wants.

I've come around on Jett. Sure, his statistical profile is a stinker. Zoom in on shooting though and he's right there as one of the best in the draft. Another point in his favor is his pedigree. I like the idea that it's beneficial to grow up around professional players and couches. Removes some of the bust factor IMO.

I had Franz around 8. Many people had him in that range. Most thought Sacramento gave him a promise at 9.

If you miss on a player that's projected in your range, it is different than reaching for a player and missing.

But what about that one war room shot!
Fine print disclaimer for Fultz:
I am high on Markelle Fultz. Yes I understand he is not perfect and needs to shoot more and better and turn the ball over less. I would really like to see him play one more year… and I did and he sucks time to move on.
