"Holmgren brought the ball up the floor on several occasions, something rarely seen from a 7-footer. In one instance, he grabbed a defensive rebound and pushed the ball to get the Thunder in transition before delivering a beautiful, 40-foot touch pass to power forward Jaylin Williams for a layup.

"That's just new-school basketball," Holmgren said with a smile. "I look forward to making it happen more."

Glad we've got our Jovi. Lets goooo

In spite of all the media hype, Holmgren seemed rusty and unimpressive to me. Was getting thrown around like a ragdoll and being blocked by players a foot shorter than him

That's to be expected after the injury.

Something to monitor next season. Giannis had a down year last season by his standards and he didn’t go into the playoffs healthy, nor could he maintain his health. The Bucks core is looking very creaky these days.

Then there’s also the Philly drama with Harden.

Notwithstanding the fact that we’ve been hugely successful already getting through the East, there is a clear path next season to making it right back to the finals. This is our all in moment. Push all the chips in…
Don’t let us get one. — Nikola Jovic

Dru Smith very lucky he got that 500k this year. He should invest and manage a subway after all this-MettaWorldPanda

Silver has had a hard on over this bullsh*t & that vampire looking mother f*cker can finally nut & shower in the money he thinks this will generate. It's an abomination & makes zero sense, much like the play-in. I loved when the NBA was purely about basketball, competitiveness & titles.
If u don't want 2b here, the way things work, u don't like it, then don't b here. U have 2 stand on something. If Miami ain't standing on something, they become alot of these organizations trying 2 find their identity. This is the culture, bro -Wade

The east is wide open while i fully expect the nuggets in the finals again. We can solidify our position over the Celtics with internal team development and of course... Lillard

Whether a deal closes or not , we will be ok

Do you think American NBA players want to see Wemby fail or succeed as a individual player in the league?

I don't think American NBA players as a whole care one way or the other. Why would they?

Better question ... what is James Wiseman doing playing in the Summer League in his 4th year in the NBA? He's already eligible for an NBA pension and they still have him playing T-ball with the kids? WTF?

I don't pay any attention to summer leagues, is it normal to have veterans out there wrecking kids?

It's a real head scratcher. Boston's issue last season was Schmoe Mozzarella not the roster. The roster was a legit contender - just needed the right, experienced leadership to guide & lead the team the right way. Had Brad Stevens or even Udoka coached they may have beat us. That's why i was so confident we'd beat them.

The beauty of it all is we made them dismantle key pieces. THey just needed to run that sh*t back w/ a diff coach. Now they have the same issue w/ Schmoe & added a physically fragile player.
