Sign JB to an extension and use whatever resources left to bolster the roster.

No major moves needed because the Celts are already great right now.

Just add another SG or wing or another PF/C.

Brogdon/PP/Rudy Gay (from TPE)/Champagnie/Picks for DDR and Caruso. Two months after everyone melts down that Brad takes Gay into a TPE for more seconds.

White/Brown/Tatum/Al/Zinger

Caruso/Hauser/DDR/Brissett/Rob

OKC has too many players, they're going to make a move with somebody. They just don't need picks.

I'm not saying Stevens has acquired so many 2nds because he plans to use them, but I'm also doubtful he acquired them specifically for something he's about to do now. I think they just liked the value of moving down from #25 and they didn't want to pay the tax for Grant so they dealt him for picks. It will set them up to do things down the line as things come up though.

PS: Sorry DD, it's not THAT J Green.

Oh I’m still talking for Brogdon and loose change.

Tough salary wise but having DDR, Rob and Caruso as 6th, 7th and 8th man is the kind of thing I’m talking about.

Jalen and Brogdon for Jalen Green, Derozan and Caruso? 100%. But Bulls make out great for a rebuild, Raptors get Brogdon for garbage money, and Houston pays out the nose with their three most valuable young chips.

I left them Amen and Eason - both better than KPJ for sure, possibly Smith tho not in value yet - and they get the best player in the deal. But yeah I struggled with whether it was fair for them. TOR could send something their way? I didn't bother with adding picks since it has no chance of happening, lol, but I could see TOR sending something minor to HOU.

If Dejonte Murray goes in a Siakam deal, can see Hawks interest in Brogdon. But I think whomever comes back would need to accept a 6th man role in Boston.

Pretty sure Kenrich Williams fits into the TPE.

Slick. Would still kill Zoya losing Rudy after only 60 days.

I deal I would like for Brogdon is if the Celtics get Dejounte Murray in return.

Now that's a deal we can't refuse.

Murray is also a PG who can play SG.

I just don't see DeRozan accepting a bench role with the Cs.

I've liked Kenrich Williams. He's not super expensive and can defend multiple positions. OKC needs roster and time for their younger players. Makes 6.1 which I think fits into the TPE we just created. We'd likely have to send out Pritchard in some or seperate deal to stay out of apron.

The trade I really want and I mentioned the other day is something like as follows:

Brogdon, R Williams, Pritchard, Champagnie, 3 1st round picks, swaps, 2nd round picks to OKC for Shai Gilgeous Alexander, Kenrich Williams.

That would be fun :D

Bingo!

People are forgetting that White was all defense 2nd team last season.

Smart wasn't in any of the defensive teams last season.

My bad. I thought we traded him for four 2nd round picks.
