Not worth doing with what is left in FA. Brogdon would be by far the best FA if he were available.

JB willing to sign for the bag and return but he’s playing ball about the business side and possibly moving to a new team.
Another scenario still floating around I’m told is JB traded directly to a “mystery” team for a big haul back that would net Boston multiple win now guys. No idea what that scenario consist of but now I’m f’Ing curious.

Toronto? Orlando? Chicago? Atlanta? Cleveland?

Those are the teams that seem to make sense.

IF, and that is a big skeptical IF, JB is to be traded for “multiple win now guys” and not for another star, it just means he intently informed Stevens that he doesn’t plan on signing whatever offer is in front of him (kinda absurd) and is looking to be a free agent next offseason.

He could be looking at his long term goals for life and if he is serious about building his brand than being the main guy in another market could be a great chance. Makes more sense to take the money though. I seriously doubt he got offered the max and he declined

Need 1/2 defender and 40-50 game 20 minute big for injury/load management.

Why are people really worried about our depth? Considering Porz/Smart is a wash in terms of rotation players, the only change is going from Grant to Brissett. We’ll be fine

I agree.

In a bubble pozingas is a great add skillwise. But a huge risk.

Lost all our grit, all our salary to make trades happen, and once Brown is extended ALL cap wiggle room

Team will be 5 players and 9 role players for the next 5 or 6 years until team is spiraled into a 10 year rebuild

Too much reliance on Rob defensively now. Need reinforcements available.

Yeah it's really not harder to spell than Williams or Brown.

A disaster would be losing Tatum. Smart and Grant sucks. But Porzingis is better than either.

I feel like more people wanted Smart to stay over Jaylen Brown which is complete craziness. You also don't deal Brogdon for peanuts because you're mad about Marcus being traded.

Marcus and Grant were good role players but teams have won without them before. It can happen again. It really can.
