Question:

Would you guys rather have this roster:

Marcus/JB/JT/Al/Rob/Brog/White/Hauser/Gallo/Grant/PP/Luke

Or...

White/JB/JT/KP/Rob/Brog/PP/Hauser/Brisset/Al/Banton/Walsh

I think it's close and sadly I'm not happy about it. A coach I had more faith in would likely improve my mood.

He will if we trade for him.

Which won’t happen, precisely because of his blatant/public rejection of the idea of playing here.

Off-season officially started 8 hours ago and people are throwing in the towel. 8 hours!!!

Love how this happens every year. Sit back, relax and let the off-season unfold.

2nd easily. Porzingis is a better player than Smart. You don't sacrifice your #3 player to improve your deep bench.

Hey man relax  i am no Marcus Smart fan believe me. Read back a few posts you'll see my reasoning why I'm still concerned about this team. I think its reasonable. Would like a couple more moves

At this point I think it either goes the way of Dame going to somewhere outside of Miami or Miami finds a suitor for Herro and sends literally everything else (Jaquez, Herro, Robinson, Martin) worth anything.

Still find Dame to Miami unlikely but if so, I wouldn't mind the Celtics taking a pound of flesh in the process.

Misread, ignore. (Don't think Portland would trade Jaquez for a few 2nds though)

Yeah **** Lillard. That clown won’t win anything. Winning a ring ain’t his priority. Probably got hurt when portland opted to build around scoot for the future. I hope the blazers gut the heat with everything. Bam, butler and Dame won’t win **** by themselves with no bench.

Lotta money for two guards....

I already made a post about this but the f*cking agent taking up more space in the tweet than both the player and the team is extremely annoying to me. Don't know why I feel strongly about this but I do

Ok bro. Just sick of all the cry babies smart fanatics. Anyways, i like our teams’ flexibility this season. A more balanced roster. Need maybe to shore up our bench a little more, but over all we are good. Its almost the same roster. Gallo didn’t even played the whole season. Its just Grant that’s gone. Basically just swapped KP for Smart, which will be great for this team if we remain healthy.

I find it hard to believe Brad is done. He’s been close to flawless since starting as GM in my book so gotta imagine he sees the same holes we do. Then again, maybe they figure they’ll try this roster and some of the deep bench guys out for the first few months and tweak at deadline. Not exactly typical though for a win-now team.

There's only minor holes.

KP, Al, and Rob

JT, JB, and Hauser

White, Brogs, and PP

That's already a 9-man rotation.

Yeah...they aren't done yet. They'll probably move Brogdon which will make a bunch of posters here jump for joy and it might be good depending on the return.

The irony of them being completely useless while Houston is using the same 2nd rounders to help build their roster.

What roster? Like I said yesterday, how much value do second rounders have when it cost you 4 of them for a bum like jae crowder.

They're absolutely useless.

Just in the last trade deadline:

3 of them got the Lakers Hachimura, who was a big part of their playoff run.

5 sent Bey to the Hawks

4 for Josh Richardson,

3 for Luke Kennard.

They are useful currency in today's league. Its a good way of acquiring mid talent without giving up first round picks. Its definitely good to have going into a trade deadline. Not useless at all
