What does being white have to do with your disdain of Feschuk?

Social context.

Entitled suburban rhymes with bunt.

Nba players are big black alpha’s of differing social upbringings.

In their geo social political pecking order, vc is top of the food chain in every way - upbringing, education, character, talent, swag, it goes on and on. Hes an alpha among alphas.

The pen is mightier than the sword.

Aaaaaaand

Feschuk and smith are soft bellied spineless entitled self serving territorial suburban c@nts that melt in the sun.

They verbally abused and bullied vc’s ass for 2 years. Mutumbo and the rest of the union saw this and said “toronto….NOOoooo NOooo!”

For twenty years plus now.

Try to connect the dots. We let the weakest bring down the best and brightest with mean girl tactics.

Now lets go back to these chocolate alphas upbringings and perspective.

Im talking american systemic racism.

The first introduction to toronto the nba got was this crap.

They literally thought we were Alabama in the snow.

20 years. Feschuk and smith set our reputation back 20 freaking years.

“What do you mean black people get normal mortgages in toronto?” “Ya man, no hidden clauses or anything, we all get ripped off the same!”

“….really?”

“Ya dog, we even got shawarma and our white collar executives are really just white collars. Our best snd brightest come in every shade of beige and brown, not just pastey”.

“Daaaaaamn!”

You have no idea the positive impact ddr and lowry had on our reputation.

You worship Masai like he's a deity.

Just out of curiosity (and this is not a criticism of Feschuk) but how exactly did he hold anyone accountable with this opinion piece?

He literally could have copied and pasted content from this board. There was nothing enlightening or earth-shattering, there were no inside sources revealing information that Masai or others would want to cover up… this wasn’t a “report” or even “journalism” is the purest sense. It was a column, Dave’s thoughts and nothing more.

The headline (which is very often written by someone other than the author of the article) implies that Masai is in the hot seat even though the article provides zero evidence that this is so, other than in the mind of Dave Feschuk.

I would just like to know what some of you who are so pro- or anti- certain media members want from your media (aside from: agrees with me = good reporter, doesn’t agree with me = bad reporter, which seems to be the majority of those on this board).

You guys are honestly delusional if you think Masai is on the hot seat or if there is better available.

Saying we lost FVV for “nothing” is just not accurate. Is trading FVV just to say we “got something” but being unable to sign Shroder or McDaniels better for us?
What an absolute failure and disaster this franchise is, ran by one of the most incompetent front offices in the league.

Coaching staff is terrible, or is it once again there is no talent to coach?

Help me out here, which is it?

I think you’re giving Feschuk and other reporters too much credit. I bet if you mentioned his name to Vince, he would be like Carlito Brigante in Carlito’s Way… from 00:18 - 00:27

He is always dead on, and no difference here

Truth hurts sometimes, we aren’t Masai fans are we? We are Raptor fans, we follow them and pay good money to do so. We want a winner, we want to see them being managed well and putting a good product on the court.

Tell me where Dave is wrong?

IMO , if Masai loses one more asset with nothing in return beyond this point, he must be let go.

Hey, is that you, Dave? Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

1) nowhere in the article does it suggest that Masai is on the clock

That probably doesn’t concern Ujiri, who’s still armed with job security and bottomless swagger. He knows better than anybody that everything can change in the swoop of one big move. And in a league in which there are no sure things – where the eighth-seeded Miami Heat represented the Eastern Conference in the NBA Finals – you can understand why Ujiri has been operating as though he’s constantly waiting for the next superstar piece to shake free.

2) how is this OPINION piece an example of good journalism? Exactly one quote from February. Nothing new or noteworthy.

“The way I look at the deadline — it’s really not a great place to make long-term decisions,” Raptors president Masai Ujiri said back in February. “Hopefully we can have a little bit of patience. Everything we could have done today maybe we could do in the summer.”

Just because you agree with Feschuk's opinion doesn't make it good journalism.

Nope. What the first guy said.

Feschuk is the equivalent of a negstive youtube movie critique.

Seriously, negative movie critiquing is literally a genre now.

Feschuk is intentionally a toxic c@nt. Its his brand.

Hes self pandering and toxic.

Even if this article is good, its going on 25 years of noooope!

That pretty much sums it up. Can’t trust a word that he writes, and don’t have the interest to read anything he writes anymore.

If this trend continues for another year, he will be on the hot seat.
Organization can be defined as an organized body of people with a particular purpose. Not random.

Why am I not surprised OP looks up to Feschuk. By far the worst poster on this board and that's saying something at this point.

I dont understand this

If we trade Fred at the deadline for a player on a contract we would have that player plus the MLE and BAE still which would be used to sign Schroder and McD
