AJJ and Marjon were so fun. Gortman was eye opening, congrats to Badgerlander (and Horst) on that home run. Awesome physical gifts, and had no problem with a huge jump in competition.

Tacko has zero feel for the game. Livingston knows his role. Manion had moments and really defended, but also has a ton of maddening moments.

Why didn't Wiggington play?

I loved how much Marjon attacked using his left hand. An obvious point of emphasis.

I would say I told you so but I think only Fotis didn't like the pick.

Marjon’s handle is really improved. Last year at this time there was basically a turnover anytime he had to dribble through any contact or traffic.

This year, he’s competently performing snake dribbles in traffic.

It’s still limiting his movement, but it’s really nice to see the progress.

I don't know why it would occur to him to give up on these plays as he knew he could easily make them?

Regarding Andre, just going off of the highlight video because i missed the game, his defense really needs work. It feels like he is used to relying on his athletic advantage to get back into plays and get blocks or steals (something i saw in his college highlights too), but that advantage is going to close up significantly against nba rotation players and the better ones will draw fouls off of that. i saw him get beat numerous times off the dribble and that just can't happen.

obviously, he is still extremely raw, but i was hoping he could defen better right now.

Marjon: i liked his composure and his ability to finish on those second half drives. that's very encouraging.

Chris Livingston looked like Semi so maybe he's still stoked though.

Agree. It was only a few months ago that Marjon was struggling in the G League. Cool to see him be able to center himself after a really slow start today. That alone is his for his development. Adding more tricks to his bag was the 2nd part of that development.

Livingston didn’t shoot the ball every single time he touched it, though lmao

Lots of "How did Andre Jackson Jr fall that far in the draft?" takes on the Twitterverse.

Looked like a good Jordan Nwora impersonation before the chasedown and block.

Those two blocks weren't even the impressive one.

Little surprised people are down on Livingston a bit. Thought he looked good as a small ball 4. Not ready this year or next probably, but if he can work on his game and help unlock his athleticism a bit I think he’s got a lot of interesting qualities.
