I don't think he's slow, he's not processing the game fast enough. I remember Jermaine O'Neal looked slow because he was out there thinking through his reads. It's the same thing here, once he's comfortable you'll be seeing him glide all over the court like he's on roller skates.

That trade should have been a warning sign for everyone that he may not be pulling the strings and that he’s getting pretty clear directives from Vulcan to just strip this ish to the studs.
