Dealbreaker for LAC/TOR would probably be the 2030 LAC 1st. OTOH is Siakam three 1sts better than Harris/Mann?

I don't think that LAC has any intention of sending out that kind of haul for Harden. Could be wrong, but I doubt that that's on the table.
With Reed being retained, I'm not so interested in Siakam unless there were no other return available for Harden.
I see some Paul Millsap in Reed, keeping in mind that Millsap didn't start shooting 3-pointers with any volume until he was 28. Reed seems better on defense, certainly more of a rim protector; Millsap might have had better offensive moves at a similar point in his career. Both very good rebounders, maybe an edge to Reed. I'd really like to see him be given the shot that Millsap got right from his first year (age 21).
If Harden will agree to play hard I would go with a starting lineup of
Maxey
Harden
Tobi
Reed
Biid
If Harden has to be traded and LAC is the partner, I'd want wings in return: Powell, Mann, one of RoCo or Batum and hopefully at least one draft pick. Keep Tobi; he's better on-court than the other guys listed and I want to see if he'll re-sign for a reasonable deal.
