Marjon's humble video aged like milk. Maybe keep working on your game and lay low lol.

The jumper still doesn't look good (release seems way too early) and I don't think he has the handle yet to get to the rim against NBA competition. Beyond scoring, I don't know what he does well. There are moments in man defense, but they're inconsistent, and he doesn't really rebound well, pass well, or create any turnovers on defense.

I appreciate the Ajax's enthusiasm, but I just don't see any route to playing time as he's a complete non-threat as a scorer. He's such a non-threat that it completely negates any value that may come from his passing. It'd be like playing 4-on-5 on offense with him in the game. And you can't sub him into the game for literally anybody and continue running the same offense. You'd have to completely rework the offense to fit his game.

And to round out the negative takes, what does Chris Livingston do well? He's like an amalgamation of every random Summer Leaguer ever. Just a dude. Clutch better repay that favor right quick.

Maybe horst will throw him in with allen n pat instead of a 1st rounder to get sexton

Didn't watch the game but 0 points in a summer league game? Marjon is supposed to be the kid on varsity that isn't getting enough playing time so he plays some JV games and dominates.

I said I was skeptical that anyone on this summer league roster plays any type of important role on the team this year.

Part of the problem is that Marjon just isnt a primary threat kind of player and thats the role hes in in SL. Hes going to look a lot better in the role he was drafted for with real nba players.

its a major mistake to count oon rookies and and 2nd year players to be major contributors during the regular season.

Im not counting on the bucks rookies to do anything this year neither one can shoot of the 2 AJJ might get some mop up minutes maybe.Marjon some people on this board had him starting at the 2 even though in the limited game minutes last year didnt show much.I do think he will be in the 15 minute a night range or so

I don't think the Bucks are actually counting on AJ, AJJ, or Livingston. Rather those 3 are all end of the bench development projects. MarJon though I do think they are atleast counting on to play 15-20 minutes off the bench, but I also think that's a fair expectation for a 1st round pick in his 2nd year

Marjon played like a church mouse tonight. Me no like that.. Dre Jack seemed out of character as well. Rushing a lot, he forced a lot of bad passes into traffic and was hesitant to try and score. Playing from behind damn near the whole game can be frustrating I’m sure.

If Jazzy G doesn’t play, I’m not really interested in anyone else. Livingston is a garbage man and that’s insanely kind. No idea what to make of Timme or Moore still 3 games in. Loathe watching Mannion and Ligginton, pluck out my eye balls and add them to the witches brew.. yuck.

Should be starting JayGort and Timmie but I get it if we are trying to hide them so another team doesn’t snap them up.

You can’t start an entire lineup of guys that can’t create their own shots lol, brutal

Did Wiggington start this one? He was a bucket last summer. Might be auditioning for the NBL or something this summer, though. Or perhaps it was Mamu’s gravity that allowed him to flourish…

Marjon and Nico were so crapola this game. Wigginton should join the NBL plenty of space for him over there. Saw a few flashes from Dre, Liv. I get low key excited when I see Liv drive to the rim.

Give Gort minutes ffs

Return to Milwaukee Bucks
