On defense we’re recovering well enough if they drive all the way to the rim but the drop coverage with the on ball defender getting badly picked off on every screen is leaving them wide open on a lot of mid range and 3 point shots. We’re also getting beat back door a lot too.

JD is literally bad at everything this summer but the most concerning thing about him for me is his poor defense.

Some of these SL guys have some tenacity.
Definitely worth Camp Invites, on some team.

jd has been a bigger disappointment than hauser was last year in SL. holy **** he's been abysmal

Glad JD signed that two-way before SL. Brad definitely would've had second thoughts after this showing

if we signed jd to a 2 way they gotta sign scrubb. jd has shown nothing to deserve having an nba contract

Can we sign Scrubb specifically for EOQ plays? Just put him in for buzzer beaters and nothing else.

OK Scrub shoots with Confidence. He makes shoots. In this day and age, if you can't shoot I don't want you.

Joe does love to run the same play over and over again so just default it to Scrubb and we are good! :lol:

It's tough. There's just not a lot of talent on this team for him to pass to. Scrubb is the only guy on this team actually capable of putting the ball in the basket. JD has to work on some stuff for sure but I can't put all the blame on him with this team. There just isn't much for him to work with.

someone may say his SL leading?? asts totals etc.. I like that he is a rare pass first PG, but literally doesn't make shots
