Brissett, Walsh, Banton, JD.

Last year we had the Bus One Boys, who were sharpshooters; but this year it looks to be The Gang That Couldn't Shoot Straight.

Oshae must be one hell of a defender and rim attacker to get an NBA deal with his shooting ability. This is a guy who shot in the 30s for two seasons in college. At some point that's more impressive than troubling.

He's a career 34.4% from 3. That's not that bad, especially for a guy who has gotten low, inconsistent playing time for most of his career.

The only season where he actually got consistent playing time, he shot 35% from 3. The league average that season was 35.4%.

The season before that, he didn't even join the Pacers until very late in the season (played his first game for IND on April 2) and then shot 42% from 3. Only 21 games, but it was pretty good volume (3.7 attempts per game) in those games.

Bringing up his college stats from 6 yrs ago seems like reaching.

The dude hit 6 threes in a game vs us:

If the official team website is correct, Brissett will take over Grant's jersey number, #12.

I listened to a bunch of podcasts. None of the Celtics guys are super scheme sound. But this guest from Indiana did a great job at highlighting what you expect from Brisset and how he can fit schmetically in. Also did a good job highlighting some things Boston can do. She was awesome

That’s where I was, until watching his highlights again right now I realized he reminds me most of a more below-the-rim Jaylen. In terms of his build, movements, and some of the plays he’s trying to make.

I hope he gets a lot of one-on-one time with the Jays, because refine his footwork and he’s got the body to develop his offensive game a bit more!

She managed to temper some of Bobby's over-the-top Syracuse enthusiasm, while giving Brissett his due.

You are not impressed with the ~100 ortg, 48%TS, .404 2PT%?

For the record I'm all for the Brissett Cassette. Guy was born in the wrong decade for sure.

I wouldn't mind Nesmith back, he played pretty well for Indiana last year.
