You win. Karl is a positive player in the playoffs. What a great investment he’s been! So many playoff victories led by our highest paid man!
Thanks for admitting it. I appreciate your effort to acknowledge the truth is the truth, even if you emotionally feel the need to try to slip and slide away from your own words. (Price, $50 mil, lol).
“I wanted more from a player making $6, $31 and $34,” is a different discussion, and not what you initially said.
I hope in future posts you will turn over a new leaf and try to watch your own words, like positive, and try to use them more honestly, and by their true definition.
Playoff double-doubles are obviously positive. Even if they come from a player you dislike.
You’re caught up in semantics and missing the forest for the trees.
I will absolutely stick to my guns that, ALL THINGS CONSIDERED (includes salary, my friend), Karl HAS NOT contributed positively in the playoffs. Not 11 and 18 for 50M per year.
You like that? You’re happy with his playoff output? You’d call it a POSITIVE?
For a guy putting up 11 and 18 in the playoffs, what would you like to pay for that?
25M? 35M?
Certainly not 50M!.
I am going to continue to call you out when you emotionally post untrue stuff.
Karl Anthony Towns has never played a single playoff game at $50 mil a year. As I just posted, his salary was $6, $31 and $34.
You just posted that people would pay $25 and $35. His average price tag for his playoff games was $24.
In my opinion, part of the problem with the forum isn’t people having different opinions, but posting false information to justify their opinions, and you my friend, are one of the main sources of it.
