https://www.si.com/nba/nuggets/news/former-nuggets-player-reveals-difference-between-jokic-and-durant

"Playing with Ky, James, and K, is very different than playing with Nikola," Brown said. "I wouldn't say Ky and them are unselfish, but I feel like Nikola is too unselfish. He's going to make the right play every single time. K can shoot over two people, Ky can shoot over two people and score - Nikola is not going to do that. He gon' pass it and believe that you going to make it. Every single time. There's multiple times this year where I've taken game-winning shots off of his pass, and he's supposed to shoot it."

This is what Giannis needs to fall back on for the Bucks to get back to the top. If he & Jrue move the ball vs. the Cs last year, they could've at the least, made the Finals.

We can move the ball as much as we want but the last guy still needs to hit the shot in the end otherwise it's another long brick and a fastbreak opportunity for the opponent.

When you shoot for 28-30% from the 3p line in the playoffs the Giannis vs the wall or the Jrue/Khris Isos seem way better in comparison even if they are clearly not the right basketball play.

And I'll even add, the last guy needs to TAKE the shot in the end. Still mad about the game 5 ending.

Nah, when G misses more free throws than the Bucks' margin-of-defeat, it's yet another dead giveaway that dribbling&fallingdown is a failed dead-end 'strategy'. Getting everyone in the flow generates winning momentum & there's no reason to think ball movement ends in 'another long brick' whatsoever. Fast breaks aren't an issue b/c as you know the Bucks never, ever contest for offensive rebounds. Also, Giannis will have *no problem getting back* On Defense, since he won't be falling down under the rim & creating 24 turnovers for all those fastbreaks you're talking about. The butterfingers implosion makes for the ugliest basketball viewing and easily the most unnecessary when you've got Carter to handle ball control. Add ball movement and suddenly you've got stable team play putting everyone in a position to score. Pretending 'everyone bricks' is a bad excuse and nowhere near the reality. People brick less when they're actually involved as player; and not using everybody is just low bbiq and doesn't work. It costs games, series, titles.

Giannis should master the 3 pt. Layup. Go on a break, get a full head of steam like he already does, and take off a the the 3 pt line.... Floater/finger roll as close as you can get. He could break the game/be more accurate than his 3 pt jump shots.

The series vs. Brooklyn, after being blown out to an 0-2 deficit, turned a dime on turning dimes.

You need players making shots, yes. And if you have steady offensive flow, you're more likely to time everybody in their spots for efficient shots.

Giannis calling out stars joining forces while on top has probably rugged all of them the wrong way. It is pretty obvious nobody wants to join team Giannis.

So Giannis actually shot his own foot.
We have become already Dirk's Dallas Mavericks .... one and done.
Oh well, its kinda ok winning one BUT Giannis is close to Michael Jordan in my eyes.

I thought winning one was the beginning BUT it seems that it was the end as well ... alot of our core players and Bud just retired mentally wearing that ring. I even question Giannis hunger... he says all the good things but looks like just PR talk. Can't see "eyes of a tiger" on Giannis any more. It is normal, still love the guy BUT I thought he had the brain and heart to be something more.

I still love and thank em all, BUT

Even if Giannis was begging on his knees no top 15 player would ever come to Milwaukee unless we gave him the max something which we never had(without blowing everything up first) or trade for him with assets we also never had in this currently wild nba economy where even Gobert requires 5 great picks and 5 players.
We gave up everything we had(after Giannis pressuring the front office) and the best we could do was Jrue who is at best a borderline all star. It worked though because of Giannis greatness but still you can see that in an unattractive destination of a small market this is the max you can get. The 2k trade scenarios do not work in real life.

Giannis "Big Baby Freak" Antetokounmpo. It'd be fun watching him bowling-ball dudes in his early 40's looking like that.
"Wes, Hill, Ibaka, Allen, Nwora, Brook, Pat, Ingles, Khris are all slow-mo, injury prone ... a sandcastle waiting for playoff wave to get wrecked. A castle with no long-range archers... is destined to fall. That is all I have to say."-- FOTIS

got really stoned last night and couldn't think of anything better to do, so i watched Giannis's highlights from his first three seasons. i wasn't paying attention much those years, still pretty bitter about trading Ray Allen and felt like it was a hopeless franchise. Damn.. i missed out. love watching his confidence grow from year to year and as each season wore on. nothing much to really add on top of that except that i love this guy and hope he gets everything he wants.
