Gausman says acquiring Jordan Hicks says "we are serious".... Let's see if the bats are as "serious" as the arms!
Could really flip the script if the Jays take down the mighty Baltimorians here!
Bassitt - Gibson
Ryu - Braddish (Loonie Dog Night presented by Schneiders)
Kikuchi - Rodriquez (Chris Bassitt Camo Jersey T-Shirt Giveaway Night presented by Jeep)
Gausman - TBD

Watching Varsho, Belt and Biggio bat makes me physically ill. I dont get why people like Belt so much. His core production numbers are putrid for someone hitting this high in the lineup. Is .240 with 8HRs and 26RBIs supposed to be good? Yeah i get his advanced stats are nice, but the eye test says he sucks. What exactly does he do so well to warrant his elevated position in the lineup?

Nightmare series. Orioles are Mae annoying.

Orioles just casually hitting sac flies like you're supposed to in these situations meanwhile we have bases loaded no out and somehow manage to never score any runs.

Fitting way for Bichette to get injured. Stupidly attempting to take 2nd in a 4 run deficit on a play that was a single all the way.

Bo leaves after tying Olerud for most hits prior to August. Down 4, no reason to round first that aggressively. Sigh.

When he was being used better...when he was batting 4th ahead of Vlad, they were both showing signs of consistency, but the lineup nerds for some reason switched them back.Belt almost destroyed his knee batting 3rd,and trying to score from 2nd on a Vlad single, then went on the IL.That should have been when they switched Belt back to the 4 slot, but they didnt. They could even bat him 5th.The 3 slot is for a guy with more speed anyway..like Vlad.Damm those nerds

The stupid "chicken with the head cut off" base-running has been killing us all year... should have been corrected from somebody with standing. Who could have imagined it would have permutated to this level of ramification.

I'm not sure why this keeps being discussed. The blue jays have been mediocre offensively which is why people were shuffled around to begin with. If vladdy was raking he would've stayed at 3rd. It doesn't matter where you put these guys at some point they have to produce and people are not producing at the level we need. Springer has been meh, vlad has been meh, varsho has been ass... compare that to two seasons Go when vlad was an mvp, along with semien, springer, bo, teoscar, gurriel, everyone was crushing. Our lineup is just weak in general and vlad isn't carrying like the team expected.

O’Hearn hit one down the line, and managed to not blow out his knee.
