Just having some trade fun, as it's really tricky to create a trade where everyone seemingly wins being trades are so subjective - and usually the poster gets roasted. Subjectively speaking, I think all 4 teams get ahead in the trade below and it also addresses some issues for each team;
Raptors out - Pascal, Thad, OPJ, Flynn
Raptors in - Cason, Herro, Lowry, 2024 frp
Raptors turn Pascal and filler into Cason, Herro, hometown hero Lowry and a couple picks. Moving Pascal lets the team move Barnes to the 4 and addresses the guard issue - short term and long term. It also allows the Raptors to retain Dowtin.
Thunder out - Cason, Poku, Garuba, Dipo, Bertans, 2024 frp, 2025 Heat's frp
Thunder in - Pascal
Thunder have to consolidate some of their talent as they don't have enough roster spots this offseason and too many incoming picks, they consolidate with Cason, Poku, filler and 2 picks bringing in 2-way player Pascal, (still have a ton of picks and still 3 lines deep).
Heat out - Jaquez, Herro, Lowry, Heat's 3 x frps ('24, '26, '28), Heat's 3 x swaps ('25, '27, '29)
Heat in - Lillard, OPJ, Thad, Flynn, Heat's 2025 frp
Heat get Lillard, some depth that they aren't tied into long term and their 2025frp back to open all their picks up.
Blazers out - Lillard
Blazers in - Jaquez, Poku, Garuba, Dipo, Bertans, Heat's 3 x frps ('24, '26, '28), Heat's 3 x swaps ('25, '27, '29)
Trailblazers get a couple of young players with upside and a lot of draft capital - not sure they'll get a better offer.

Re: Raptors-Thunder-Heat-Blazers
With the possible exception of Jaquez all the players incoming need to be moved for whatever value they might pull.

I was hoping and expecting this to be one of the first replies. You did not disappoint. Jroy have it all.

I dont think they have any excess value? maybe poku but he is coming off a big injury and is expiring. The rest are waiver fodders

Re: Raptors-Thunder-Heat-Blazers
Would love to see it.
OKC doesn't want to really help POR a divisional opponent, that's probably one of the big holdups with this MIA 25 IMO, but getting Siakam makes all that go away. Also Bertans can be aggregated into multi-player deals on aug 21.
Two notes:
Maybe one more pick to TOR via OKC, the Raps may want a bit more but yeah it's the type of trade that gets every team what they want in theory.
Also another good player sent to POR would be appreciated but at this point it's little moves here and there, the big idea to me is worthwhile to pursue

Bertans is negative value, the rest are probably neutral. Pretty sure they would have been moved by OKC if they were worth anything to anyone.

I originally had 2 frps to the Raptors and Dieng instead of Garuba. Maybe leave Dieng in to offset Bertans contract somewhat?
Raptors out - Pascal, Thad, OPJ, Flynn
Raptors in - Cason, Herro, Lowry, 2 x 2024 frps
Thunder out - Cason, Poku, Dieng, Dipo, Bertans, 2 x 2024 frp, 2025 Heat's frp
Thunder in - Pascal
Heat out - Jaquez, Herro, Lowry, Heat's 3 x frps ('24, '26, '28), Heat's 3 x swaps ('25, '27, '29)
Heat in - Lillard, OPJ, Thad, Flynn, Heat's 2025 frp
Blazers out - Lillard
Blazers in - Jaquez, Poku, Dieng, Dipo, Bertans, Heat's 3 x frps ('24, '26, '28), Heat's 3 x swaps ('25, '27, '29)

I liked how Poku was developing last season, some tertiary playmaking, weakside blocks/rim protection and shade under 38% from 3 before he hurt his arm.
Satisfying Portland is tough

I like that better. Dieng is an interesting prospect.
