Poku injured and out of World Cup, Dieng with a small injury, now Micic. Not lucky with our euro guys.

Assuming it's not major, I'd rather them rest and train here than play, especially Micic.

well Micic was out of the World Cup anyway to focus on next season with the Thunder. But yeah overally not much concern about his injury. Dieng's injury isn't serious I think but we need a big offseason/next season from him.

Poku on the other end is a bit in trouble..he"s working very hard on his body but it looks like he won't be able to make it. Hope to be wrong of course.

Yeah, Poku needs a full season of health to be on the road to reliable rotation player

the poku of the earlier portion of the season was deserving a moderate extension imo

Even if the FO feels similarly, with the roster crunch and the fact that his early season play wasn’t sustained might be the deal breaker. I don’t think he gets moved before the deadline. He’s ahead of Mann and Jre on the chopping block but that’s still not a very safe place to be at the moment.

i will find it very odd if the thunder let an opportunity of poku for 2/20 or 3/30 slip.

Jerami Grant's season in 2017/18 (24 years old) (an offseason removed from a 2/18 extension, traded a year later for a FRP, top 10 protected)
20.3 MPG 8.4 PPG, 3.9 RPG, 0.7 APG, 0.7 TOV on 53.5 FG%, 29.1 3PT% and 67.5 FT%

Aleksej Pokusevski's season in 2022/23 (21.5 years old)
20.6 MPG 8.1 PPG, 4.7 RPG, 1.9 APG, 1.3 TOV on 43.4 FG%, 36.5 3PT% and 62.9 FT%

not to mention he's almost a year younger than jdub

the fun thing about watching stuff from micic is that reminds me on how nice it is to see the thunder signing someone that has lifted trophies and hardwares as mvp, finals mvp and stuff like that.

i'm a believer on top dogs in championship teams always bring fun products, so i'm actually a lot excited about this guy and what he'll bring to this locker room.

calling it now: this guy has a legit shot to challenge wembenyama and chet's ROY award and potentially bring what harden brought to the Thunder after the perkins/green trade through his 2011/12 season. dude is a legit 60-65% TS maestro from the pnr and 45% on 3pt catch and shoots.

I wish Presti drafted Duren but can't be mad since we got JDub.

Not to nitpick but he technically said "he practices with ball".

Does anyone know what happened to his other one? Birth defect? Fishing accident? An ex that bit too hard?

Read on Twitter

Wouldve liked to have found a way to play Garuba or see what he is but ultimately gonna have to cut someone talented.

Also posting this tweet because I always find it irksome when Schlect uses his verbiage of "The Thunder were never..." etc etc. Always comes across so dismissive and condescending like he knows exactly what the most tight lipped org is planning before it happens. Not to mention revisionist too considering he was pretty openly advocating for Garuba in the past few weeks.

Totally agree. He writes with arrogance and it's really grating. He and Nick Gallo (who works for the OKC Thunder) are of the same cloth.

I’d never join his youth group.
