Favorite Retro Player Highlights

Post#1 » by engelmartin » Wed Aug 9, 2023 1:44 am

It’s the dog days of summer so I thought it might be fun to share our favorite highlights. Man I love some well-edited highlight videos. I’ve got two to start.

Sid is my 2nd favorite Buck ever

Was my favorite until about 2019.

97-98 UNC. A team like this would melt social media today.

The entire final 1-2 minutes of that half which ended with the Redd 3 used to be on YT with Jim and Jon, but I couldn't find it.

I have a soft spot for that Michael Redd/8-seed era. Going to a game on a freezing cold January night to a half full arena felt like you were going to a cult meeting.

Yeah that's the one I had, too. I had it saved for years, but when I last went to find it for a thread like this I discovered the account and video had been removed. Sucks - such a great clip.

That's missing the one where all the drinks fall on him, which is an unforgivable omission.

Easily one of my favorite videos ever.

Found the Mo Williams foul-and-chase buzzer beater vs. the Pacers.

I jest. Still love me some Brandon Jennings highlights. Brought some excitement (even if it amounted to nothing much) to the team for the first time in several years

I’m currently looking on youtube for “Ersan Illyasova’s top ten career charges taken.”
