The Jaguars were founded in 1995, and have in the 29 seasons since won 8 playoff games

In that same time, the Cowboys have also won 8 playoff games, though to be fair 3 of those came in a Superbowl season, but also to be fair if we make it since 1996, the Jags still have 8 playoff wins to the Cowboys' 5, with no Superbowls for each. Jags also have 3 conference finals appearances to the Cowboys' 0 since 1996.

The Panthers have won 9, been to 2 super bowls, founded the same year. Jags are like our sister team in the AFC.

We also have two h2h wins against the Cowboys in the playoffs, one in 96 and one in "03 en route to the super bowl.

So all in all, how's your trophy case looking these days?

This century? Same as Dallas. It's dusty.

So lets just ignore all the championships, history and tradition before the year 2000.

Most of the posters on this forum probably weren't even around in those days. Or we're too young to remember.

Every time Jerry walks by, and see's the dust continue to collect, it must drive him mad.

That's the Jerry curse at work. You never hear the old school Cowboy fans talking like that. We know what it takes to win Super Bowls. Jerry and this new generation of Cowboy fans believe everything Jerry tells them. Frankly, I wish Jerry and the new generation of Cowboy fans would shut the hell up till we win something.

I was 3 months old the last time the Cowboys won the Superbowl

Which is a shame cause I was 3 months away from being able to say the Jags are more successful in my lifetime than the Cowboys, but still.

I think Roger Goddell should permanently Have the Super Bowl in Dallas every year. That way no team will ever have a home court advantage.

So you’re saying the Cowboys have spotted the Panthers 30 years and they’re still not 1/5 of the way to catching the Cowboys in titles, got it!

Since you guys want to play the rings game, I was a 49ers fan before we got our own team in NC, so I guess I can count those 5 rings...lol

Sure. That's fair game. IMO they all count. History is history. Just don't take sides with the Whiner fans that make fun of Cowboy fans for not winning a Super Bowl since 1996. Granted it's been 27 years since winning our last chip, but it's been 28 for them.  :gossip:

46 years old. I was in high school when the Cowboys went on their SB run in the 90’s.

Jack was referring to me above I believe. My first Super Bowl was Super Bowl V watching Craig Morton lose the game all on his own when I was 11 years old. Mr. B. is a baby compared to me in age.
