Played in Hungary but actually from Dominican Republic. Liked to see at least 2 lefty finishes and a left handed blocked shot or two. Interests me enough to care, lol.

Kinda jealous, kid can play and even if he can't, good guy to have on your practice floor.
Statistically, he shot under 50% from inside the arc for five straight seasons in college, incl at Little Rock. That sets him apart negatively from every short successful PG comparison I have looked at. I find 2p% to be kind of predictive of a player's ability to assert himself against NBA competition..
But I can't ever recall watching another college player who impressed me as much.

Apparently, Boston wanted to give Maxwell a two-way deal, which was not the most ideal situation for the former Pepperdine standout. His dad wasn’t exactly jumping for joy as well:

Interesting that Brad called Maxwell Lewis about a 2-way. I liked him, that would have been great. Must've been right after picking Walsh before we traded away 39 and picked Gueye for ATL.

I don't think we would have drafted both Walsh and Lewis - both 6'7" wings who are about the same age.
I think that Brad was going to draft Lewis over Walsh. Or, perhaps Brad made that call (to see if Lewis would take a 2-way with us) in case Walsh was off the board before it got to our pick.
Brad was probably just doing due diligence. So he had some options. Call about a few different guys, see who's willing to take a 2-way, see who (if they're from overseas) is willing to be stashed while also knowing that some of the guys you're calling might get picked in the 1 or 2 picks right before you're on the clock - which is why you call about multiple guys, in case the guy you really want gets picked right before you're on the clock..
So far at least, it sure looks like we got the better player by going with Walsh over Lewis.
Obviously, Robert's loyalty lies with the Lakers and he couldn't imagine himself supporting his son if he ended up being a Celtic. Fortunately for the Lewis family, they won't need to go through that dilemma anymore.

I'm not going to take any of that too seriously lol.

Obviously a long way till draft night so hard to know for sure, but as of now I have Castle as a top 10 pick. One guy on Twitter the other day was even saying they've got Castle ranked #1 right now.
Brad probably won't be picking in the 1st round and if he does I doubt we pick high enough to take Castle.
