I believe Shai is as good as Booker right now, if not better, based on last season's form. He deserved his All NBA 1st team spot over Booker. That's no slight at the fact Booker has improved leaps and bounds last season particularly in the playoffs, next season I'd expect it to be neck and neck if Booker's playoff emergence carries over. It remains to be seen whether its sustainable though.

Tatum is better than Durant at this point in their careers, I don't think that's contentious or needs much more to add.

I also prefer the balance on both sides of the ball with Shai and Tatum.

A non-scientific process of deduction for me.

I think I still need to see another elite year out of Shai before I put him over KD, he's probably equal with Booker though.

Tatum + Shai is probably the better choice going forward but only slightly I think. Really don't feel great about either of them over the other.
