This didn't happen, Edwards already said it was made up.

Where do you see that? Here’s the full quote I see:

"I mean, of course I wasn't cool with it," Edwards told Joe Vardon of The Athletic. "If that's what it takes, I mean, I am willing to do it, but nah, I'm never cool with that. … He said Dwyane Wade came off the bench when Kobe played. I was like, all right, we don't have a Kobe, but all right. But it was cool."

https://syndication.bleacherreport.com/amp/10087129-anthony-edwards-wasnt-cool-with-steve-kerrs-plan-to-bring-me-off-team-usa-bench.amp.html

Quote makes it seem like he said that to Steve Kerr when he didn't. It takes 5 minutes to find bruh, do your research.

US just out of rhythm and will still win by 30 pts. They should peak at the right time so all these struggles are fine.

That seems like a pretty elaborate and specific quote to just make up out of thin air.

Edwards removed the bad shots and the unforced turnovers, US expanded the lead instead of going down 10, what a difference and turnaround for him.

I'm loving it. My wife asked me if I could do something real quick (gather dirty laundry out of our bathroom). Told her, "sure, next commercial break." She's not yet privy to the fact that there are far fewer commercial breaks/stoppages in play in FIBA ball than a typical NBA game.

She'll figure it out sooner rather than later, but for now I'm taking advantage of it. Doing it with the kids too. "Sure kid, just wait until the next timeout." Of course my 2-year old gives no f**ks, and after telling him "in a minute" or "as soon as there's a commercial" a couple of times he decided to just climbed up in the recliner with me and took up shop and is currently using my face and body as a drum-set.

Banchero could probably be used as a C a little more on the Magic

I don't know how many minutes the trio of Haliburton, Reaves, and Banchero played together before this game, but I really like it.

In the video Edwards says he thought it which is obviously what he told Vardon but Vardon wrote it in a way that makes it seem like he responded that way to Steve Kerr when Kerr asked him to come off the bench. Vardon is notorious for **** like this. Just look up some of his exchanges with KD.

We just play better when Reaves and especially Haliburton are on the court.

Paolo always had it in him to be a good defender. He has good foot speed and very good timing on his blocks. This idea that he will never be a good defender is a myth.

Yeah impressed with Banchero's D.

Not loving the flashy attempts by USA with a big lead. Just play out the game.

It’s one game guys and against a weak team like New Zealand. Glad to see the usual RealGM overreactions, after a single game, are still true for the Worlds.

Ingram is such a bad fit in FIBA.
G - James | Rondo
G - Bradley | Caruso
F - Green | Caldwell-Pope
F - Davis | Kuzma | Morris
C - McGee | Howard
