Australia only -4.5 favourites after Franz injury.

13 points in 5:45 with 3/3 from range.

Come on guys that was a clear foul.

Mills slapped at his arm and mid body, not going for the ball.

Giddey is slow. And slow energy wise for a starting point guard as well. Really easy to guard without a jumper and puts too much pressure on his teammates.

Yeah he looked good on the box score against Finland but Australia was down all game till he went out and Exum came in.

Schroeder always play like a star in FIBA, too bad he's just a role player in the NBA. LOL

He would need a more diverse finishing package to be a star in the NBA. He is so fast and has a good enough shooting to keep the defense honest. In FIBA that gets him straight line drives to the basket. At most he needs to finish with that unorthodox right foot, right hand layup.

In the NBA that stuff is getting blocked. So he'd need more floaters, more euro steps, some of those Kyrie stuff, mid range step backs etc. to be a star.

Germany looks solid without Franz Wagner because their perimeter play is still good without him. That said, one of Obst or Lo will probably have to step up for them to actually win this game.

Yeah good start from DOM this 2nd half. Italy can afford to lose this game though, they’ll be highly favored vs the Philippines next.
