You can gauge DA's commitment from "pre-game rituals", but we can't try to draw anything from explicit social media posts. Makes complete sense.

But hey at least we have an expert for those now too.

Don't act like a victim. Draw whatever you want from social media. It's your lost time.

Solid performance plus now can rest that leg? I'll greedily take it. He and Gordon will have pivotal games for us.

I ask myself that anytime I decide to scroll social media for a few minutes in general. I don't spend a lot of time talking about what I see though, but it's obvious many love to talk about it a lot.

Weird world that is....but then again, I probably wouldn't understand being a regular Joe

Most of them are trifling and out to shake players down. Can you recall an upbeat story about a player and a sex worker coming out of any major sports leagues? I sure can't.

Again it's even funnier to me because there are a few Aytoneers on here who got testy with me whenever I brought up his noticeable absence in offseason posts from other Suns players - suggesting he didn't have time because he was a "family man". LOL

I remember that! lol one thing that’s been pretty clear to me is that he’s always been distant with Suns players off the court. Mikal was probably his best friend but seriously, Mikal is everyone’s best friend.

If you guys don’t see him being distant with Suns teammates his entire career as a concern, I question if you guys have ever played sports. It’s even more of a concern to me because he’s on a max contract.

Hoping his time with the Bahamas makes him a better basketball player overall. He seemed to be the leader on the team. We need that to translate to the Suns.

He always looked close to them to me as teammates, etc. I mean, maybe not hanging out off the court but same goes for a lot of guys when it comes to that. Many don't hang out together much outside of stuff.

Who was gauging his commitment based on that? He was responding to being friends or close with teammates.

It was a bittersweet game. On the one hand, it was great to see my boomers progress to the next stage but seeing Yuta and the Japanese team bow out kinda sucked. That said, it was clear Japan had like 2 guys who could get their own shot and that's Yuta and the Hawkinsons bloke. He's going to be an awesome player off the bench for us

Japan never had a shot without Rui Hachimura playing and even then it was going to be hard to beat an Aussie team that has what like 4 current or former NBA players and their size was just too much when the Japan starting point guards are like 5'6 and 5'8.

Patty Mills looked like a giant compared to Japan's guards and he's not even a big player by NBA standards.

KD and Book are close so it makes sense they're training in the offseason together but like with your coworkers you don't necessarily want to spend your off time with them so I don't see any issue with Ayton not being buddy buddy with them.

Besides what a lot of people were complaining that DA doesn't train in the offseason and he went and competed for the national team but you have people who still want to complain about his social media so I think some fans will never truly be happy with anything DA does.

It's at UCLA. The whole team is basically there - even Bol Bol. Only guys not there are in international play right now.

He was last to show up in this clip though. Very very bad sign about his relationship with the teammates and commitment.

Just take a non-negative event as a positive one when it comes to DA mate

Not a bad sign, he walked by with his knees wrapped in ice. He obviously spent time with the trainer, thus out later. Quit trying to make **** up.

I can't wait for the inevitable "They never believed I'd show up to team functions" social media post. jk

We should probably give him a lifetime achievement award for showing up.
