Let's be honest. He'll probably suck and be horrible. General rule of thumb is if you hear a lot about a Yankee prospect before they are called up, they never pan out.

We’ll just have to hope he’s an exception and not the rule. If he pans out it will be more about Dominguez then the organization. He shouldn’t listen to Boone or Cashman, hang around Judge.

I guess we shouldn’t be shocked, a bad team that also lacks any accountability or communication. Sounds no different then a dysfunctional place of employment and these are the Yankees. The on the field product is one, thing this organization has completely lost their way in how they operate.

How hard is it to tell someone they have been let go, we’re headed in a different direction. Imagine going to work and not knowing you were let go you hear gossip through employees, your supervisor telling you you have been fired but we want you to work today.

Right. The on field product is terrible, and I can accept that. But imo there has to be a lot of garbage going on behind the scenes that we don't know about. For me, the Rizzo stuff was alarming, and waiving Bader without as much as a phone call or a face to face meeting to let him know is just crap behavior from a franchise that tries to pretend that they're a cut above the rest.

Cashman needs to go.

Jasson is an exciting prospect who has shown significant ability, and flashed superstar in small spurts in his career thus far, but hasn't put it all together over an extended period to this point. I only say this to limit expectations with what fans are hoping out of this cup of coffee. If he hits one of his supernova streaks over the next month, cool, but he also might scuffle with the brightside being a flash here and there.

He hasn't shown the childhood prodigy level production and expectations that came with similar IFA guys like Juan Soto, Julio Rodriguez, Wander Franco, or even a guy like Gleyber. But he has been very good at times, and the pedigree (and flashes) still point to a guy who has "star" as one of his possible outcomes. He's just hasn't been one of those obvious top-5 in MLB, superstud teenage prospects everyone was hoping he'd be when he initially signed in 2019.

So, in other words, the Yankees, YET AGAIN, will not come up with a major or generational talent, since Jeter. Meanwhile, every other team seems to draft and play a player like that. Sometimes more than one.

Judge doesn't count. He's hurt every other year.

Good for these kids winning a series against the Astros in September while they are in a division race. Still don’t want Boone and Cashman back. I’m fine with a rebuilding year next season with these kids so long as we’re headed in the right direction. Even with the growing pains it’s better then the team that was assembled this year.

Father time is undefeated for a reason. There comes a time when it's time to hang it the **** up or at least go elsewhere and try your hand at success in a different environment
