G-League 2-Way PGs: Who ya got?!
One of these guys is bound to stick because we need a backup PG. But there's a lot of them. Who ya got?!

I hope Washington steps up, but I voted for The Gortman.

Re: G-League 2-Way PGs: Who ya got?!
I voted Gortman, plays tough D and the most athletic.
Tytty needs to hit the weight room. Love his assist to TO ratio. I think he is the best shooter and PnR guy but the few times that Ive seen him play he looked brutal.
Think Omari is a SG once he bulks up
Wiggington not a PG and not a good defender, not sure why he is a two way

Chose Gortman. NBA level athleticism. Projected more as a defender, but offensive game looks further ahead than anticipated. Way the OE pipeline is operating, looks like a smart buy-low candidate with legit upside.
Interested to see more, um, Moore, because Summer League was inconclusive at best.

The Summer League highlights of Gortman were intriguing.

Not for this year, but long term, I love Moore's length, pace, and vision in the PnR. Unique upside among this group. For this year, god help us if we have to play any of these guys a lot. But I think Gortman's got the combination of feistiness, twitch, and pull up shooting that gives us the best chance. If any of these guys emerges as being NBA ready this year it'd be a big deal.

Moore's a PG? Thought he was a 2. Isn't he like 6'5", 6'6"?
I don't care who gets it as long as they finish in the top 5 of league MVP voting next season.

The guy who is only a 2 way thanks to roster crunch and a dumb ownership group giving Dillion Brooks 86 million

I’d swap Gortman and Moore but it’s close. Gortman gives me Jennings vibes he could boom or bust

TyTy in the box seat being a recent 1st rounder. Also think he still has the most upside.
Technically, Wiggington is probably the best player of the bunch right now. So could see him getting a spot and getting regular season minutes early. Would hope TyTy and whoever else we keep around would pass him pretty soon though.

Mentioning that Tyty was a first round pick in order to prop him up is odd to me. He was picked #29

Bless all you optimists in here, cuz I just can't get myself excited over any of these dudes that has like, a 10% chance of having anything more than a cup of coffee in the big leagues. I'll go Moore by default since he at least has the size and physical attributes to stick if the skills can be developed.

I had Omari over Gortman in the pre-draft process and I don't really factor in SL much so for now Moore>Gort for me. I also think it's telling that the Bucks signed Moore to a 2 year 2way deal so they are invested atleast a little more in him

I think he also gets a boost from those who remember he was considered a slider. A lot of mocks had him in the lotto, and there were plenty of times early in the season (at Kentucky) he looked like one. So I guess my question is: why didn't he go there? Were the draft media wrong about how he was being evaluated, or was there some issue (medical or personal) hidden to them?
He didn't look the same at Kentucky after he hurt his ankle against Auburn, and the numbers bore that out. Did he do permanent damage?
He looked like a first rounder in the G League, but they played him next to another point a lot and moved him around the floor. Why didn't they keep him on the ball full time? He's kind of in a danger zone where he might be too slow laterally for 1s but not strong/big enough for 2s. I like him handling the ball, though.
