Strains or tears of the plantaris muscle at the back of the leg can cause pain and swelling similar to a calf strain or Achilles tendon tear. You may feel immediate pain, cramping, and other symptoms. Activities that involve lunging forward are often to blame for plantaris injuries.

It can be an Achilles but it could also be something else, the plantaris muscle.

This would actually be good news if we can stay afloat. Two months he could be back. Why bother getting hopes up though. We all know it's over. Rodgers will not be back in uniform EVER AGAIN! He will retire in the summer. We will waste several years without getting another good QB. The team will be broken up by then and 55 more years of BS and disappointment will follow.
OT but, can anyone explain why Peyton and Eli were actively and passionately rooting against the Jets? I hate them forever now!

I can't wait to listen to Beningo's next interview. I have to believe that he'll be on the FAN tomorrow at some point.
Btw, anyone check on Remi and Fat Kat? Are they okay?

I am going to Google what happened to Streveler and what other QBs we have on the roster. I know it's a waste of time but, I can't get behind the idea of trusting Buster Wilson to do anything except destroy whatever hope there is left in this season. He sucked from the moment be put on the uniform. I don't see that changing. If I ran the team, I would play third stringers all year and tank instead.

Re: The Official NY Jets Thread.
There is no other QB on the roster? Jesus. Tim Boyle is the PS QB. This is a disaster. Get Tom Brady on the phone!!!
I know... It'll never happen!!
SOJ all day every day and twice on game day!!! This is really an extremely tough pill to swallow. If the plan is Buster Wilson, the season is over. The lists I've seen of available options is not much better if at all. I just can't do this much longer. Good thing I didn't buy that black Rodgers jersey I was looking at last month. What a fuggin cursed team!

I can’t fathom how a fanbase that watched their team get utterly violated, could possibly talk sh*t to us after a victory. Serious inferiority complex

We have the worst guido fcktard coaches I've ever seen. They got completely outcoached and lucked into a win.
