Coffee is beneficial to your heart which is why I drink it. The coco bean has health effects aside from caffeine

I do drink coffee all day, but if I take a few weeks off, the impact is apparent again. But if you're drinking the 6-8 cups a day that I do...it doesn't do much. But that's just tolerance.

Its' just tasty stuff, at least black.

If you drinking 6-8 cups a day, you might need to visit a doctor. That sounds like a caffeine addiction my man.

I don't consume it on weekends and will forget about it for weeks on end. Other times I consume 10x that amount. I just like how coffee tastes.

My grandfather drank 20+ cups of coffee a day for 70 years. He started drinking coffee at 15 and didn’t stop until he passed away.

How is this even physically possible?

20+ cups of a coffee every day that doesn't seem believable. Im sure he had some sick days in which he couldn't drink much coffee.

I used to take 6 200 mg caps of caffeine a day + a 12 pack of diet soda when dieting. And then I took actual stimulants with that...

Your body will tell you if you're over doing it.

Yes, and then I had the same amount from the same product and it didn't. There's a lot to the topic. Saying hot coffee impacts you vs cold isn't going to be supported by science.

No iced coffee vs hot, but none the less temperature doesn't impact the rate of absorption of caffeine.

https://news.wsu.edu/press-release/2016/07/06/coffee-vs-energy-drinks-no-difference-caffeine-absorption/

This might be a worse take than your Donic stuff, where an MVP trumps winning in the playoffs and Tatum who lost to the exact same team as luka, while playing worse, gets ranked higher because his team was in a later round. At least with sports you can argue on speculation and opinion. This is just "cold" science lol.

Man your heart may react differently to caffeine than someone else.

Im pretty sure you can google Starbucks and people who have had jitters from drinking their coffee.

Get with reality bro. This is not about science. This is about human body reactions to caffeine.

As far as my Doncic take you need to let that go. I have him in my top 10. When he wins a MVP or lead his team to the Finals I will put him in my top 5.

You said the exact same amount of caffeine impacts you differently when it's hot vs cold...
Starbucks only.

You don't seem to get that I have a different reaction with only Starbucks hot coffee. I get the jitters and my heart starts racing faster than normal.

I been drinking coffee since 2014. Never have I had that reaction to any coffee besides Starbucks. There is a reason why I only had 2 cups from there. Im sorry you can't comprehend that human bodies react differently to certain things.

You said you drink their ICE coffee which is ice, sugar, cream and THE SAME FREAKING COFFEE you had hot!

You said you only got it with their hot coffee.

My guess is he actually ordered a nitro which is why it had that effect on him. It’s a different coffee composition.

I said this the entire time!

I can't explain why I have no issues with the iced coffee other than the fact the ice helps water down the coffee. It's only the "hot" black coffee that makes me jittery.

Maybe Starbucks hot black coffee is not for me?

I mean technically there's a bit of a difference in the caffeine between each roast/bean offered as well. The differences however are marginal. Certainly well within, just order a slightly smaller size (which I assume is also still called a large). And yeah, they have premium roast options too...but I doubt someone would order a specialty coffee and not say they ordered that since you have to even known they have them...

Im pretty sure I ordered hot black coffee both times. I remember it like it was yesterday it was in January 2015. I had it the first week of January. Thought is was just weird reaction, so I got another cup the following week. Same reaction. Haven't had a hot black coffee from Starbucks since the 2nd week of January 2015.

Maybe you just were at an especially low tolerance level that week. Your body will change. Or maybe medication. The bottom line is it's the same coffee in the ice coffee. I'm 99% sure they just use Pike in the iced coffee. Which is what they'll give you if you order coffee without speechifying. Your body will digest the caffeine at an identical rate black, hot, sugar, cream or on ice the same.

They use blonde roast sometimes which has a much higher caffeine content. Lighter the roast = more caffeine. I still assume he probably ordered a nitro by accident

If you're ever in Canada - try Tim Hortons'. The best fast food coffee on earth. Blows Dunkin, Starbucks, etc. away.

The best coffee are always from the smaller coffee shops. I just drink Starbucks/Dunkin because it's fast coffee during the work week. Otherwise im at local small coffee shops during the weekends or on vacations.

Such a shame how people kill the coffee experience by adding tons of sugar and artificial syrups.smh

A real man drinks their coffee black. If I need something sweet I will grab a doughnut.

My favorite part about winter is drinking hot black coffee. :D
