12 runs in 5 games. Offense is still trash. Even if we win this game there is not much to be confident about. Especially when seeing pathetic swings like that last Kirk at bat where he flailed at a pitch that didnt even reach home plate lmao

Why was Berrios just pulled when he was as dominant as he’s been all year

90 pitches is too much to go when dominating but Chris Bassitt can pitch all game while he’s sucking

4 hits, 13 strikeouts. I dont know how anyone can feel confident about this game. If anything they look worse than in the Texas series, which i didnt think would even be possible. Vlad's homer aside this is another utter disgrace of a performance at the plate for a 5th game in a row.

Well tbf I expect the offense to be puke worthy. But our pitching can carry this team across the finish line if we get more starts like that from Berrios and Co.

Vlad hits a home run, Romano clean inning. This is what were supposed to be.

I didn't watch last night's game but that's crazy how vlad couldn't do **** with 2 middle middle fastballs in a row.

That headcase Bassitt back on the mound tomorrow. Likely will have to actually get hits

Sure but I mean those two are kind of key aspects to this team that haven't happened as much as we'd liked. I mean a few more vlad home runs with risp and it changes the complexion of this offense dramatically.

Pretty **** tjay the rangers destroyed us all series offensively and tonight 0 runs. I mean if we had at least one game we hold them to 0 runs we win. What happened to our pitching that series.

Nice to win when your leadoff hitter, and your 4 to 7 hitters- go for a combined 0 for 17. Outside the Guerrero home run, it was another pathetic performance at the plate by this lineup with only 4 hits in the game. Hopefully, Ernie Clement can get another shot to be in the lineup and not be stapled to the bench.

It’s not even like they’re facing good pitching.

Another disgraceful offensive game

did any player pour water and yell "we'll see you in the world series!" to the crowd?

Frustrating thing is the teams out West have really left the door open for us in the past few weeks, and we could not really take advantage and we most likely fall short in the end.

People have been saying we needed 91 or 92 wins earlier (and some still do today) and in reality that number could possibly come in at something like 89.

Texas Loses (In reality now 2.5 games, adding 1 game to 1.5 because of tiebreaker)
Houston Losing 4-1 bottom of 8 (We are now 2 games behind)

The frustrating thing is those teams kind of suck, but we just suck worse.

Schneider offers no increased playing time to players who actually deserve it. If Varsho, Chapman or Merrifield never got another hit all season, he would still start them. Time to give up on this manager doing anything based on results.
