It is confirmed as an Exhibit 10 contract. That means after he is waived, he gets a $75K bonus if he plays at least 60 days with Oscela.

So McClung gets a good guaranteed income, and the Magic get protection that another G-league team won't poach him. After he is waived, any NBA team can sign him to a Two-way deal (or above). That's also what McClung is auditioning for. Two-way deals are already worth nearly a million dollars (and will be above that line in 2 years).

As best I can tell, before it was an "agreed to" and now it is "officially signed".
