Only part I hate is Herro.

Harden couldn't win with Embiid. What makes you think he could win with Siakam while being older? Have you seen him play recently? He's more of a third option guy now. This would be a move that gets Masai fired in a season. Who even know how many of those guys would return.

One guy couldn't even make the Eastern Conference finals with the MVP while the other guys team made it all the way to the finals without him.

Dame > Harden and it is not really close, but there is a big difference in losing 1 rotation player for Harden, compared to 2 or 3 or Dame. Plus you could re-sign Harden for like half of Dame's contract, which would be huge in terms of us being able to retain OG/Siakam.

I don't like the Herro part, that was just me spitballing ****, but the Harden part is still fine if you can get him for a GTJ/Boucher and stuff platter. That is better than anything anyone else is currently offering

Harden has asked the last three teams he has played for to trade him. He has also seemed less comfortable in the last couple of years playing a lead role. He seems to prefer playing more of a Lowry type of role now. I think he would be the perfect 3rd option PG. He couldn't win beside a player of Embiid's caliber. You're also giving up Scottie Barnes for him. That's terrible asset management at Harden's age and his recent tendency to gain weight and get injured. None of that is getting any better.

If you can get him for GTJ or Gradey Dick as the main piece going the other way, sure, and maybe OG, but that's about it. He doesn't command anywhere near a Scottie Barnes type of value. At this stage you're just giving away Barnes lol.

Basically getting a player would be an above average starter for a little over MLE. Knowing the Hornets they’ll somehow manage to screw this up and whatever team buys low will get an absolute steal.

There were rumours that Blazers wanted Ayton before. Maybe they prefer Ayton over Herro and Suns is a third team in the trade?

I don't see the tie in to a Dame trade but it is interesting to hear about Ayton.

Personally if I had to guess I think MAYBE the Pacers are trying again, I could see them wanting to lock in a younger core even if Turner arguably has a better overall impact on a team.

I think I read that DAL was interested in Ayton as well at some point as they seem to think "big names" help Luka "win", not winning players lol but that's their problem until Luka inevitably leaves.
