Game 3: Saints at Packers - Noon - Fox
Banged up but home opener+ alumni day = win.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

This game is hard for me to predict until I see who out Jones, Watson, Bahktiari, & Jaire are playing. We are getting lucky with Jamaal, Adebo, & Maye being out for New Orleans. This game could honestly go either way imo but I do expect it to be low scoring. I'll say GB 16, NO 13

Even if Jones plays, the Packer Oline needs to deliver, or the offense will probably be in trouble. It's pretty basic and obvious, If the patchwork line opens holes for the runners and keeps the Saints out of Love's face, the Packers win.

I rarely play totals but under 42 would be my play

Carr is not good, and they do not have Kamara or Williams. Defense should give up no more than 17.

My confidence in today's game just took a big hit

Woof, mostly with Jones. I don't disagree with the conservative route, but I really hope it pushes the coaching staff to be more creative and get others (every RB rostered, Musgrave, and the WRs) involved in the running game and not just a heavy dose of dillon.

Is this the week for our annual "fire the strength and conditioning staff" posts?

I’d be curious to compare other teams medical decisions compared to Packers. Are the packers more conservative with injuries or does every team play it as safe as possible with injuries. I honestly don’t know.
Seems to me there are only 17 games and if we start 1-3 due to keeping guys out for the mini bye rest period the games will start not mattering pretty quickly anyway.

I wonder much we'll see someone other than Dillon in the backfield.

My guess is they want Dillon to prove himself and he will be given lions share of the work. I think however he is what he is at this point and would like to see Wilson mixed in more.

No, we're definitely way more conservative. IDK - seems anecdotal, but, other than **** the bed against DET last year, I have the impression GB usually does better 2nd half than first half of the year (post-season collapses aside). I do sort of think this could be attributable to bench depth getting so much more exposure during early season injury conservatism, so it has its upside (again, no idea if this is actually true about things coming together, just my anecdotal impression)

The oldest player on offense today is Jon Runyan Jr at 26 years old. Insane
