As excited as I am for Dame Time in Milwaukee, I’m also sad that Jrue is gone. He was a great Buck and 1 of my all time favorites. Give that man his flowers! Peace, love and respect, Jrue.

I am seriously going to miss this dude. Amazing player, humanitarian. I wish there was a way to keep him too.

I really hope he does not end up in Miami.

I’m genuinely bummed about his leaving! One of my all-time favorite Bucks.

World class player and person. Wish him nothing but the best.

I saw "The Valley Oop" at a hotel bar 'cause I was at a wedding (watched entire second half) and there was a sizeable crowd. Everyone was going nuts during that moment. From the steal and on. Iconic.

Jrue is such an easy guy to like and root for. I hope he finds himself in a good place with plenty of personal success after this.

The only game I've been to in recent years was MLK vs the Pacers and Giannis/Khris sat. Jrue balled out like an all-star. Sad to see him go.

Will miss Jrue, what a class act. I will never forget Jrue's eyes as he dribbles catching vision of Giannis streaking down the court for the valley-oop.

I really, really want to keep rooting for Jrue. So I really, really hope he doesn't get traded to the Heat.

He'll always be a legend for helping bring this team that championship. And he is an A+, 10/10 person (as is his wife). Will miss him.

What a blessing Jrue was for the franchise. The valley oop is never going away, that's etched in my brain until the day I'm gone. Hopefully he is back to chase another ring later, I'll have my Jrue jersey ready for when it happens :)

Love you Jrue. Many thanks!

Probably should've done that interview a couple of months ago...

The steal on Booker and lob to Giannis are individually possibly two of the top 10 plays in Bucks history, the fact that they happened back-to-back makes it without a doubt the most memorable back-to-back plays in Bucks history

Well said. I’ll miss him

Had the pleasure to met him in person at the Bucks golf outing. Took the time to shake my hand and talk for a minute or two. Such a genuine person I’m sad to lose him, and he was huge in our success. Will always love him.

Miami is the third home game if that's where he ends up :-?
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

My favorite Bucks player after Kukoc, Bogut and Bell. But this had to be done.

I was worried about this initially but now I'm questioning if there's way too much bad blood for those two teams to make any kind of deal right now.

Standing O and dedication video for Jrue when Portland comes to play, stand up dude and solid player who was pivotal in bringing us to the promised land

Too bad Khris was injured last year & Giannis this past playoffs. Think we're looking at 3 straight Finals berths otherwise.

And Jrue doesn't get traded for Dame if Giannis doesn't put out signals about the team trajectory.

But something had to be done.

I wonder if Jrue walking back his retirement talk this week was him playing ball with the organization on the trade?

The thought crossed my mind but it would be quite wild. That said, can't imagine what the angle would be for Jrue.
