She actually did seem pissed...

This is the Bucks fault, though.

Sure, they can't control flight delays. But why didn't they not have a stage setup so they could keep the crowd engaged with whatever Bucks players, coaches, etc., are already in town?

Instead it has literally been just people standing around, paying the Bucks money for beer, and having them occasionally send out Melanie to ask a bunch of trivia questions in exchange for t-shirts.

Terrible execution.

Hopefully the Bucks are showing (or will) Lillard photos and video of how many people showed up to this for him. That is still very significant.

3 days is plenty of time to have a nice setup in the DD like they do for the playoffs.

The organization is world class in many ways and amateurish in some ways.

Yep, she made it sound like arrival was closer than it was using vague terms but I saw through it given around 3 they said he just started on his way to MKE. Obviously nothing they could do but this is the predictable response if you make it sound like arrival is closer than it is. I’m glad I changed course and didn’t wait around.

i'm glad they didn't get on the speaker and start talking about the fight.. organizations always overreact to stuff like that.. it's best to just let it fade away, you start talking about it then everybody is thinking about it and it's a total vibe killer.
