coulda been, i woulda liked him to pop back out after gettin the kids inside and say like go bucks. But i assume they had an insane travel day, his flight was clearly delayed like 2 hours with 3 kids under 6

I'm west coast but would love to find the time.

I do get the big welcome from a Dame appeasement angle, but at what cost? Lots of fans stood around for 4+ hours and most didn't even see him arrive. That's a disservice to our great fans. They could have thrown any number of bones, instead they got, "what is Dame's rapper name?" Trivia.

I agree with Shaffty’s take that it wasn’t for/about the fans, but they absolutely could have made it more worthwhile for the fans who went. Seems like it was pretty poorly organized even if you don’t factor in them not being able to do anything about travel delays.
