The fact Gianni’s wasn’t there…..a tad concerning? This will be the first time since he’s been a superstar that fans might be more excited for someone on the team other than himself. The jrue trade was big, but no one thought jrue was close to Giannis level. Dame while not on his level is much much closer than anyone has been in the past.

BUCKS GET DAME!

OMG what if he really hates it here?

He should really smile more.

Giannis isn't here. PANACE.

I love this board

Eh, I agree but I also think Dame is just a pretty stoic guy, laid back guy.

But his walking in and the video of him seeing his jersey are definitely fueling comments about him looking uninterested on social media.

Read on Twitter
Dealing with people who exhibit the "smartest person in the room" syndrome can be a challenge. One approach is to listen their opinion while also encouraging open-mindedness. It's important to create an environment where all voices are valued.

Eh, I’ve seen Dan gadzurich make 8 threes in a row in pregame warm ups with maybe 5,000 people watching him and other balls hitting the rim. Empty gym with maybe 10 people in it is nothing

I've said it many time. Wisconsin sports fans are **** weird.

(yeah, yeah..I complain about this **** Fiserv crowd  But the people who go to live sporting events and make no noise are the real weird ones.)

If I just got off of a long ass flight and my kids were tired I wouldn’t be smiling either. Let him settle in. Let’s see what he says on Monday.

But I don’t know that I’ve ever seen Dame really smiley.

All the needed to do was haul out a folding stage, a podium and a mic. Would have taken five minutes. And he only needed to talk for two minutes.

Or have him go to that third floor concourse balcony at Fiserv and address the crowd.

And then you would complain that he only spoke for two minutes. There was literally nothing that could be cobbled together in a couple days that would have satisfied you. Which is why you guys getting excited about this was just so stupid. You could tell this wasn't going to be worth anyone's time the second it was announced but they still managed to get thousands down there because people are stupid,

yeah, i'm sure they asked him if he wanted to speak and he said no. goes along with him being a stoic guy. but also, maybe just a realist. like what is there to say right now? we didn't win anything. there will be plenty of time for interviews and press conferences.

Love the idea of it just seems like something a starving franchise would do not one that recently had a championship and traded for a player that will be #2 on the team. Feels like confetti after the regular season wins. It looks fun but it's pointless

Weird take. Tons of hardcore fans there. If it's not your thing fine but come on.

I don't want to post this on his farewell thread because I really love Jrue so I will do it here.

He is amazing defender. The most skilled one in the league and he is pretty good on the offensive end too but the truth is that against elite teams/defenses he got the Bledsoe treatment and for some unexplained reason he did worse than him efficiency wise for 2-3 post seasons in a row. The only time he was actually good against that was the Miami series on our championship run. Out of the 43 players with >300FGs in the playoffs the last 3 seasons he is 42th in TS%.

We don't know what happened once Dame got inside the building.

How many months until media day? Oh. A couple days from now? But he should have spoken the second his feet landed in Milwaukee, not 2-3 days later in a formal team setting.
