The Dallas Mavericks embark on a 12-day international preseason journey with stops in Abu Dhabi and Madrid, the team is set to gauge the readiness of rookies Dereck Lively II and Olivier-Maxence Prosper against live competition for the first time since they participated in NBA Summer League.

I was going to the 1st one, but my arrangement for the kids fell through, so had to cancel

Still a small chance I can pull it off Thursday...

Yes, planned a 2 day vacation with my wife, I'm 1 hour flight away from UAE, but now, I may just fly Thursday and get back Friday morning, depending on work/kids schedule.

Let's see how both rookies are going to deal with real NBA talent. Ant and Gobert/KAT. Can Omax make an impact against Ant? Can Lively disrupt the twin towers of Minnesota? Yeah I know it's only a preseason but it will still be interesting.

Lively and Omax will need time and patience,a lot of time and patience.. it's only a preseason but they don't Look ready to be playing rotation minutes,let alone start...I'm hoping aholmes comes in and shows he has something left
