Also I’m not sleeping on Pat Connaughton.

He had nagging injuries all year last season but I haven’t heard yet at least about that continuing on now.

Maybe Connaughton can step up playing (once again) alongside Dame in Adrian / Stotts’ system. Our collective ball handling and playmaking is so much better making his weaknesses there matter less.

Possible Pat’s in for a career year.

Should the Bucks go after Bullock?

Robin or Thanasis?

0.00% chance they cut Thanasis and like 0.1% chance they would cut Robin. It would have to be AJ Green imo.

Beasley could easily be cut. Robin should be cut.

Beasley is useful. Robin, sorta. Thanasis is not useful under any circumstance.

So much harder to put Pat and his complete inability to slide his feet between Dame and Khris. That said if we're playing drop, his ability to recover for a rear contest is useful on high ball screens.

What’re the odds Iggy Jr. steals that spot at some point?

Your Caruso with Vinsanity hops comp is still stuck in my head lol. If he pans out it’s actually a sick fit next to Dame/Khris.

Best part of Payne is he can go nuclear in random quarters and get you like 15 points in 8 minutes.

That can swing a couple games in the playoffs.

Trade for Dame F'n Lillard and within a few days we're discussing Thanasis again. #BucksRealgmBoard
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Just went back and watched this video breaking down the Raptors D and tried to imagine the current Bucks roster running it.

His spot sticks out like a sore thumb on a roster that's going all in like we are. He's not the only one btw but at least a few others could be nba players.

This.

Thanasis and Robin are favors. Favors that, quite honestly, look bad when you're trying to assemble a championship level roster. They are wasted spots.

Thanasis total favor, Robin? Meh? There wasn't a lot out there in terms of bench bigs available at the minimum. Cody Zeller, Alex Len, DeAndre Jordan, Tristan Thompson, Taj Gibson? He doesn't stick out like a sore thumb.

"At some point" is approaching 100%. Doing it this year would be pretty crazy but if a second round rookie was ever going to start for a championship team, it'd be this second round rookie on this team. Fit is near perfect. Excited to see how it unfolds.

I have an irrational fondness for Cam Payne. Not sure why. He hasn't ever done anything to justify it. But I've just always wanted him on the Bucks.

If Horst hit on both AJJ and Marjon and they are both able to provide quality minutes this year on a Championship level team as well as trade for Lillard....

We wouldn't have to discuss him if he wasn't on the roster.

That discussion seems as pointless as discussing changing the team mascot.
