I hope that 2nd half last night was the start of Zach turning the corner. He played his ass off and its good to see the Jets players picking him up because it's clear this guy has lost all faith in himself but he's still trying.

I didn't even bother. I watched the first game and part of the second game. It's over. 1-6 at the bye is a lock. This team isn't winning anything with Zach. Period. He simply cannot see the field or make the right decisions in time. He's a bust. Saleh is gonna lose the locker room in typical Jets fashion. No one in their right mind would waste time on this kid.

It's not.

Just because he did a couple of normal QB things doesn't make him good. This is like getting super excited over a shortstop fielding a routine grounder and throwing out a slow runner at first. "Did you see him field that!?" "Did you see that throw!?"

Whatever. Zach isn't any good and the coaching staff is WAY worse, so any ability Zach has to get better (there isn't any) would be ruined by that clown Saleh.

The defense isn't really that special either.

Team sucks. Sh*t teams finds novel ways to lose, which is what the Jets have been doing for 50 years.

Why's everyone (or at least Jets fans) so upset? This whole season could be a blessing in disguise. Zach Wilson is the prefect tank commander to lead this team to

Kid played a great game and it was nice to see Hackett decide to earn his paycheck with some creative play calling. The reffing was absolutely atrocious but defense started soft as **** and too many mistakes were made on both sides of the ball. That should've been a W and there are no moral victories here. Bottom line this is a 1-3 football team. Can Zach string together back-to-back good performances?

Sports media at its "finest"! Zach had two TDs and no INTs for the first time in three seasons! He's gonna turn it around now? I watched the highlights. He still sucked!

I don't think I've ever seen a QB ply so bad to playing so well like Wilson did last night. Happy for the kid! Arm talent is there no doubt. Scheme, coaching, defense and running game needs to help him.

NFL has made really dislike Taylor Swift. Not her fault, I know. But enough is enough!

Jermaine Johnson was held longer than Jack held Rose.

Zach did not play great by any stretch of the imagination, other than one that uses his historically terrible performance to this point as a baseline.

He did play well, but there were still some really glaring miscues sprinkled all throughout the performance. Made some truly terrific throws, missed some must-have throws, got lucky on a dropped INT and lost a crucial fumble. His passer rating of 105.2 was 12th out of 26 QBs that took snaps last week.

What last night did show was that with halfway decent QB production, this team can compete with anybody.

He was fine. More than 70% pass completion, no INTs for the 2nd straight game, career high passer rating of 105.2. He actually played better than Mahomes last night. At the very least, it's something to build on. Hopefully, he could overcome the low bar I have of at least being a slightly better Rex Grossman for Urlacher's Bears.

I mean, Wilson could very well stink up the field next weekend against Denver, but is his performance last night, in the face of a ton adversity against the defending champs, at least a sign for optimism? He played his ass off.

I dunno. I feel bad for the guy. Not bad in terms of his life, because he's been paid very well to take the abuse, but damn man. You can clearly see that this kid is really down on himself and he's still gritting it out. He showed a lot last night regardless of the outcome not going in the Jets favor.

Didn't another team put up 70 points against Denver two Sundays ago?
