He's been a bad interview from the jump. Hopefully, that just isn't his forte. If he can command respect and provide energy, let Stotts do the big boy coaching.

It's his first time being the center of media days and I'd imagine he's working on getting his generic answers ready, 'cause a lot of the questions are generic and boring.

Somehow, a lot of anxiety went away when Dame walked up

Regarding Griffin:

It's an unfortunate reality of the world we live in but I can confirm first hand from my own shortcomings in this area that public speaking in a formal setting is not even close to a direct indicator of someone's capacity to do a job.

Dame called Gianni "the best player in the league."

Dame gets it. This is a perfect interview.

It's really a trip seeing Dame in a Bucks uni not photoshopped. I appreciate his realness and honesty.

Definitely hasn't really sunk in for me that Dame is on our team. I don't think it will feel real until I actually see him play.

I get the angst. I feel it some, too. But I don’t think public speaking needs to be a harbinger of things to come in a different capacity. He’s nervous speaking in public. I think he mentioned this when he was first got introduced as the coach, too.

Mr. “Hit the ground like a rocket ship” has sure turned out pretty well.

Still weird to see Lillard in a Bucks uni. Talking about how the idea (for his agent and him) to go to the Bucks came about around two weeks ago.

Dame & Chris Haynes laughing together, ahead of his question. Hmmmm. :reporter:

Yeah, I think it is mostly nerves. He's nervous, I'm nervous. Would love to hear him speak to the team.

Horst has grown to be very in control in an interview. You could see him watching Griff like a hawk in case he needed to jump in and support.
