Should be smooth sailing now that we’re officially Payne-less.

He mentions new head coach Adrian Griffin because he was an assistant coach the whole time Butler was in Chicago.

Yes please. Gives Philly a big expiring and an extra 1st to trade to bolster their roster and gives us an elite offensive talent we’re lacking

Dude looks frustrated, unfortunately it looks like he is frustrated at our front office.

“There was a little bit of frustration,” Herro said Monday during media day in his first comments to the media since last season. “But at the end of the day, it’s a business. I understand that. I would just like some clarity. I feel like I’ve gained enough respect around here to know what’s going on a little bit, whether my name is involved or not. That’s really it. I want to be involved. I feel like I gained the respect and I put the work in."

This one felt a little more real than any of the other trade rumors in the past,” Herro said. “But it’s part of the business. At this point in my career, I’m really just wanting to play wherever I’m wanted. Whether that’s here or somewhere else, I don’t care. I just want to play where I’m wanted and I want to be wanted and that’s really it."

I would make that trade for Harden in a heartbeat.

Was the previous thread the worst of the off-season so far? I know Bish lost Dame, but the overall mood from the last thread with all the trolling from fans of other teams seemed to make that thread a very tough read.

Wilt, rooting for you…just don’t get involved in the Harden “sweepstakes”!

Yeah lets trade first round picks for washed up old dudes. The complain our assets were mismanaged when we don't have enough to get the next shiny toy that is available.

I'd rather keep the pick and the expiring contract.

If Lowry was dealt, we'd probably roll with:

PG - Harden / Hampton / Smith
SG - Herro / Richardson / Robinson
SF - Butler / Martin / Jaquez
PF - Jovic / Love / Highsmith
C - Adebayo / Bryant / O.Robinson

I don't hate it.

I’ll take an all star averaging and efficient 21-6-11 last year as a 2nd/3rd option for a 1st and Lowry over wasting another year of Jimmy. Get some actual talent on this team.

I’d ask Jimmy and Bam if they’re cool with it, if so don’t hesitate to pull the trigger.

Harden rumors make us look pathetic and desperate wow. Philly will give in to the Clippers well before they take Lowry and a 2029 lowly first and have to deal with him on the Heat and risk alienating Embiid. We are down bad geez
