Seriously...this doesn't look any different from last season...they Just basicaly replaced Bullock with Williams...Powell coming in before Holmes is a joke...Kidd still has no set plays(Just what Kokoškov left him), he reliefa on Luka and Kai inspiration

Interior D and Perimeter D are picking up where they left off. Powell is somehow looking worse with the blown layup.

Relax. Its the preseason and Mavs dont look like they're competing for real this season. So just check back on the Mavs next year or next one after that when they have cap space. They're not competing for real this year. They're just out there for compliance.

Kidd is relaxed as hell. The team will have steak dinner with some Sheiks tomorrow. Minnesota acting like this is the NBA finals. Guys need to relax. Its the preseason.

If you want to change something, you need,

a.) change coach
b.) bring better players

Mavs didn't do either.

Kidd is just playing around. There is no way he starts 2 rookies in an actual NBA game. Those two guys will come off the bench when the season opens.

I would have said it's only a preseason game but this is basically how Mavs always played under Kidd :lol:

We can expect more or less the same thing this year with a hole at center. So im not expecting them to compete for real this year. They'll just probably play it out and see who they get next year and where they are at with the development of the 2 rookies.
