Korkmaz has him beat by I think a pretty wide margin. Korkmaz averaged almost double digit 10 PPG in a season (9.8 in 19-20), Kai Jones has 4 double-digit scoring games in his career.

Ha yeah this goes way beyond eccentricity.

This came on the heels of some some posts on social media where he, among other things, claimed he was better than a pair of his teammates, LaMelo Ball and 2023 first-round pick Brandon Miller.

He sent similar tweets where he backed himself against Shaquille O’Neal and LeBron James, and spoke glowingly about the “new version of me.”

Jones is about to enter his third season in the league, and has spent some time over the last few years with Charlotte’s G League team in Greensboro. In all, Jones has appeared in 67 NBA games across two seasons and averaged 2.7 points and two rebounds in 9.1 minutes per game while connecting on 56.7 percent of his attempts from the field.

I hate to say it, but I am destined to become a Wemby highlight truther. I think he's going to be incredibly hard to ref. I think his inherent spectacle distracts from how sloppy his footwork is.

He's in this weird middle ground where he's coordinated but not fluid.
